Fashion Icon

Hey Xanga-
So Project runway has come and gone. It was exciting but now to move onto the next thing. Huskies vs Huskies NCAA style. Anyways, despite the fact that I have left college I still am dressing like I never left. I need a style makeover.

New fashion icon for me is: Tom Ford. He is worth the google search. Check him out on Wikipedia as well. Now the question is how can I turn myself from:

 to

I think that it is time to sex up my image.

In other news- work is good and we will have our interns next week. It was interesting being the interviewer and not the applicant. Page 12.

Cuurently I am reading: The Money Book for the Young Fabulous and Broke by Suze Orman (still)
Just watched: V for Vendetta, In the Mood for Love, Triplets of Bellville

About Routine

Hello Xanga-
The Lenten season has started and I find myself adhering to a schedule of my own doing. History shows that I am routine and schedule based. I like the predictibility of my time. This means that I wake up, I brush my teeth, eat a handful of cereal, pack my lunch, and walk to work. On my walks, I make it a point to turn on my ipod once I reach twelfth and pine streets and listen to Universe SF on Monday and Wednesday, Confessions on the Dance Floor Tuesday and Thursday and on Friday, I let my hair down and listen to Pick Me Up, ipod playlist containing some good songs that I handpicked. Some exceptions to this are Wednesday to pick up the Seattle Weekly and Thursday to pick up the Stranger. Once a month I pick up Colors NW.

At work, I make myself a cup of green tea and eat yogurt. I arrange my tasks for the day and work to complete them. At around 12 pm, I take a fifteen minute break to balance my checkbook and talk to co-workers-- then back to work. At 2 pm, I head down to train with my boss in the gym. Monday, Wednesday and Friday are devoted to arms and chest while Tuesday and Thursday are spent on  legs and back. I do abs everyday. My boss really pushes me to lift a lot. Upon returning from my work out, I drink some creatine and protein. I eat lunch at my desk of tuna and bread. I leave work at 5:30 pm. I go home and hang out with Tony and depending on the day, may walk home, go to a meeting, or watch tv. I read a couple chapters of a book and pratice LSAT problems before going to bed. I make myself a sandwich for dinner. I brush my teeth, shower and moisturize.

My Saturday mornings are spent going to art museums or looking for decorations in thrift stores. I buy a smoothie with protein boost in blueberry or strawberry flavor. I also walk to Volunteer Park or Cal Anderson Park and sit and read. My sister comes to visit and we eat lunch together and she does her laundry. I am thinking of joing a soccer league or swimming league. At night, I go dancing in high energy clubs in Capitol Hill where I drink too much, flirt with guys and hate myself in the morning. Tony accompanies me where I hang out with his friends, boss, out of town guest, or all of the above.

Welcome to my world. Click ME
