Hey there guys,

I"m sitting on the porch of my cottage because I can't get internet inside. It's  a nice day out though, the sun is shinning and the lake is pretty. I feel like a slacker though, because everybody else is doing something and don't need help :-/, so I'm here. I was going to take a nap but I don't think I could fall alseep.
Last night abounch of the staff played Altament(how ever you spell that) Fresbe. It was so much fun, I haven't ran like that in a long time. and my team won which made it so much cooler . I keep hearing a rooster crowing somewhere, its coming from somewhere by the lake...humm.

Hey there air particles,

Me and Erika went for a bike ride on monday or tuesday... I can't remember lol. We parked at the parking lot on McCord that is next to the bike trail...It was fun, We rode about 4 to 5 to UT then turned around and came back. My bike is not the bike to ride 5 miles in. I've had it since jr. High and its been well used. We were riding and  coming up to a guy who was walking and he turned around because he heard my bike..he had head phones in lol. My bike makes noises and its not the easyest thing to peddle, my knees got a good work out though lol.

Yesterday I met Jameela at Panera for lunch then we walked over to the mall and walked around. I did my best to make fun of the crazy clothes that people could buy, I mean some of them are just ugly, but I guess the right person could pull them off. hehe. Afterwards I went running. I always run the same pathes and never make myself run any more than that, so yesterday I decided that i woudl run the first part of the orange trail and the red blue connector like ussual but I made myself run most of the boardwalk, I was proud of my self

Todays my birthday . My sister made me a cake and my friend Ashley came over an hour ago and brought over cupcakes, she said she burt them, but they weren't that bad lol.
