These Booties were Made for Crawling!
Thanksgiving morning I put my gobbler in the oven around 7am and since I was up I decided to make my girl some booties. I got the pattern from KnittyGritty and they are so fun to make. I only got one done on Thursday but by Saturday she had both booties and wore them to church on Sunday. She was styling.
Here's what I used..I had these in my stash so the color combo would have been different depending on what I had! :)
Here it is all knit up in one piece...ready for finishing.
All done with the pink trimming...

Hope everyone had a fantastic Thanksgiving! Here's me with a wierd look on my face but whatever...I'm wearing a scarf I made a few months ago..warm and toasty! :)

Completed Projects 1
Okay so let me begin by showing you a sweater that I knit for my girl but she never fit into.
I would give this away if anyone I knew was actually having a girl, but so far everyone is having boys! So I think I'll hang on to it and hope for girls. Or if you want to buy it then just shoot me a message and I'll make you a deal! :)
The sweater is from a LionBrand pattern called Little Luxury Kimono Wrap Top and is so cute. The pic really doesn't do it justice....It's made from a cashmere blend yarn (so soft) and is sized for 3-6months. Unless of course you have a baby that refuses to follow traditional sizing. :)
Here's a poncho I made for her too. I made it much larger so she should be able to still wear it!...hopefully!
Here's a pic of a throw that I made for my mother-in-law.
And these are some blankets I made for my boy and my girl.
And this is a blanket I made for a friend having...ya, a boy. :)
