I've been exploring xanga and avoiding eating too damn much right now.

Soy scramble with mushrooms
What I can eat the rest of the day:
A lot of liquids Perhaps a roll of sushi

| I've been running alot! YAY! And i'm at a pretty healthy weight. AND i'm eating somewhat normally. Crazy how things can change no?

| I can't believe this. Not again! Not again! I keep telling myself.
I've come back to a digusting weight of 155. How did this happen from 144 to 155 in a matter of months? I've let myself go. I started running yesterday by the beach and felt so absolutely fat because there was women who looked so in shape in comparison to me.
I've got to get there again ladies.
I'm watching the food intake.
See, what happens to me is either I binge or I don't. I hate binging. But i still do it, and while I do it, i know i shouldn't be but i cant help it. And afterwards, i feel so gross.
Starting running and excercising again though. Yesterday I jogged 2 miles.
I think I should also start yoga again.

| Girls, After so much of not writing in here... I've figured out that it's all in my mind.
I've been able to eat very little and move around/excercise much.
I am proud to announce that I am at 144 pounds.
From 168 pounds to 144.
So far so good.
I am very proud and I am getting closer to my goal.
But the deal is, ive figured out if I write about what I am eating I obsess and then want to eat. If i tell myself that I am doing just fine and just to go about life without thinking about the food etc.
then i do just that.
I can't explain it exactly.
I don't want to abandon you all but I just want you to know that I'm pretty good right now. And that... I'm hoping to shed some more pounds. And I probably will.
It's all in the mind. |

| I'm still doing pretty good. Except I'm building up muscle mass so yeah. I know I can't count on the scale right now. But I can see it in my body that it is looking better.
Today I did a lot of excercise: 30 minutes of running (to this mix I made cause its really hyper music. it's good) and I did one hour of yoga for beginners.
I used to do yoga a lot and that's when my body was at its best because I used to get stress out and also tone and shape everything. But, here I must start over again at the beginners level.
Anyway, what I ate today was pretty good.
Breakfast: Total cereal w/soy milk + odwalla orange juice (organic)
Lunch: White rice w/ a couple of chicken breast strips (skinless, not fried) w/onions and tomato sauce
Dinner: Four pieces of sushi. Crab.
and I was hungry after I did yoga so I had grapefruit pieces + a 80 cal piece of muffin-like-thing from trader joes.
It seems like alot of food but it isn't. Cause.... I ran. and did Yoga. I'm feeling pretty good.
Besides crunches, do any of you girls know how to lose flab from your abdominal area?
I'm starting as well so i'm so glad i have the support from you lovely ladies!
