Lukipedia.com en EspañolWhat can I say? One day I had this Gonzo headache, and before it was over I could speak and read Chinese.I had a cat once, but everytime I tried to give him a bath, the fur stuck to my tongue.

Nine Months!!!

Monday, December 04, 2006

Life is good now

The first semester of college is almost over

I have a million concerts to watch and to perform in

I love it

Anna performed in the orchestra for the Messiah.  They were awesome

This weekend she and I will sing in another performance of the Messiah

I have a concert for men’s chorus this Friday

I have bell choir Christmas Eve

Anna sings that night too

She has such a wonderful voice

It all shall be grand

We’re supposed to get some snow Thursday!!!

I can’t wait for Christmas

I still have a lot of shopping to do

Anna is the only person I have bought for yet

There is a lot of studying I have to do before next week

Most of the finals should be not that hard though

I love life

The best feelings are those that
have no words to describe them.

If it's the thought that counts,

you can always count on me;

I think about you all the time.

The Weekend

This Saturday, I once again didn't get to sleep in, but I got to do some fun stuff so it's still cool.

Longaberger had a 5k race that Anna and I went to on Saturday.  It's probably the best 5k ever!  The course was pretty ok, but the best part was the food.  After you finished, they had chicken, chicken wings, hotdogs, brats, potato salad, cole slaw, giant cookies, and a plethora of other stuff.  It was soooo good.  They also had sweet showers.

After that we went to see Kyle at OUS medical center.  I was glad to finally get to see him, but hospitals creep me out.  I wish I could make it up there more often.  It took us forever to find it, but after some random driving through Columbus, we finally found it.

We then went to see The Queen at the Drexel.  It was an ok movie, but it wasn't the greatest.  Anna's father really thought that we should see it and my mother for some odd reason also thought that it merrited watching, so we went.

Sunday was boring, and I slept a lot.  Finally started on my PowerPoint for speech class.

I have a head-ache, so I'm skipping psych.  I need a nap.

If anyone has seen Babel, tell me if I should see it.

Homecoming

Homecoming was great...well, maybe homecoming wasn't as great as it could be, but the before and after was pretty cool.

Anna and I made dinner for us and the others in our group.  It turned out pretty well actually.  Everything went smoothly.  Dinner itself was pretty fun too.  The conversation went much better than was anticipated.

The dance was interesting.  The DJ pretty much sucked at life.  The equipment was broken...probably because of excessive use of crappy rap songs.  By the time he got one that worked to the high school, there was only 40 minutes left in the dance.

I rediscovered the fact that I can't dance...maybe I'll blame that on the music.

Sunday I went to church with Anna and sang in the choir.  That was interesting, seeing how I was the only guy and I had never seen the music before.  After that, I went with Anna to her regional/state orchestra auditions.  She'll know today if she made it to state.

That's all for now.

Lucas
