Monthly Update...Been crazy busy for a while! I decided to take a minute and update y'all on what's going on in the world of Bryan... Gave blood again yesterday. Wasn't as good as the first time... I think I'm going to have a pretty good sized bruise on my arm... Also found out the official name for the bloodsuckers (not leaches  ). It's something like phembotimist (and since spell check is not giving me alternate words, I have no idea how to spell it). I got my chalk order in yesterday as well. I'll be learning 2 additional pix on Tues. Thurs am I am leaving with a group from FBC to go to NM to work with the Benali's out on the reservation. 9 days without cell phone access  . I can't wait. I will also be doing several chalk talks out there. Please pray that they go well and that God receives glory. Still working at the Y. Yeah I know, but hey, it's a job... I've gone full-time, and I think it won't quite end up killing me, but sometimes it seems awful close . Reflection's cd recording went well, and know we have copies available. If any of y'all are interested in coming to/helping out at the fireworks show at my sister's, please let me know soon. I've been reading a book about trusting God with your fiances, and it has made some really good points. I think to many of us have to much tied into our bank account then into God's Work. When a special offering comes up, which do you look to? Do you ask God, 'What should I give?' or do you ask your bank account, 'What do I have?' You probably won't hear from me in a while, but I try to post about the mission trip when I get back. Trust God! |
