Instructions:
Set your width on your look and feel page at the top to no wider than 80%. This has a specific width, so if you use a graphic too wide, it will distort the layout. If that happens, just delete the graphic you tried or enter a shorter width in the pic upload window (maybe 300px). This layout has falling snow and an animated red inner background that sparkles. The falling snow code is at the bottom and gets added to your header section, at the end of the other codes. It does not work well on Classic Xanga Users but only on Premium Users.
