	fuck 118.9 I don't even want to talk about it. I was honestly surprised how high it is. I expected gain but not so much. I ate like I used to for one day and this happens. It shouldn't be surprising, i'm a fucking pig. This sucks. Ugh this sucks so much I hate myself. Tomorrow is the second day one. I'm pissed.

don't worry too much- I know it's frustrating though. Remember how you feel now, so the next time you feel like eating like that again, you will remember this frustration and things might not get so out of control.
