so im going to korea in a few days, and i'll dedicate 5 days to traveling on my own... anyone have recommendations for places to eat (or visit)? it's been 8 years, and i have no idea what to expect

places i plan to go to:
seoul - jok bal (pig feet), sahm gyeh tang (chicken soup), pyungyang nyengmyun (n korea cold noodles), joomuk bab (fist rice)
jeonju - bibimbab (rice mixed with veggies), kongnamool hehjanggook (bovine blood soup?)
daegu - makchang gooee (bovine intestine)
pusan - hweh (sashimi), geumsoo bokgook (puffer fish soup), ahgoo jjeem (fish soup), wunsahn nengmyun (more cold noodles)

and if i go jejudo, eat some ddong dwehjee samgyubsahl (direct translation: poo pig bacon)

doesn't sound too appetizing in english, but damn, im salivating just thinking about it all

anyone have recommendations for a kimbab, sullungtang, soondeh joint?  i'd be willing to travel a few hours to eat some good food.
