James Otis Communicators will be sponsoring a Team Policy and LD Round Robin on Friday, 2/10/06 at Trinity Congregational Church (see directions below).

Registration will be at 8:30 am and we will begin debate rounds at 9am.

We will be able to accomodate 20 teams for 4 full rounds (maybe more depending upon the number of LD debators). The first 20 teams to register will be assured to have 4 rounds, teams above and beyond that number should be able to get in 3 rounds.

Each team or LD debator must bring a judge and timer. Please note if your judge needs judge's training which will be done during the first round at 9am. Parents of the LD debators will be responsible for judging the LD rounds so please print out the LD judge's manual from the NCFCA website and familarize yourself with it.

Everyone should pack a lunch and each family is asked to bring a snack for the judge's table and a snack for the debator's table. There will be $2 per debator fee to cover copying costs and any additional supplies.

Please email registration info directly to Kathy Matson at katmat321@hotmail.com or call her at 978-939-4313.
