| So much time has passed since the last entry... so many things have changed too! I for one, will be attending LAW SCHOOL in august! it's wierd b/c i was looking at my last few posts and I was talking about studying for them! insane. I will therefore be ending my job as a paralegal when school starts so that I can concentrate on my academics.. it's all bitter-sweet. Hai and I also moved into a place of our own in Old Town Tustin. After 6 years in Irvine, we were more than wanting a change....and our place in Tustin is just perfect for us. Our house is more modern than the surrounding area (which looks quite similar to downtown Claremont!!), we're close to hole-in-the-wall restaurants, mom-pop type restaurants and up-scale/chain restaurants. It's great. Hai and i really love our new neighborhood. i'll have to finish the rest of this post later, as i'm still @ work....so, until then... | | |
| so, it's been some time, eh? Haven't had much time to write in this thing nor did i really care to. Update on what's been going on....well, honestly, nothing much. haha. Well, for starters, i guess, poopie is no longer in his dog training course...in fact, we're involved in a lawsuit with them. A bunch of the students (including myself) are suing the company for breach of contract, fraud, and a host of other things. But the jist of it is fraud. There's a bunch of news stories on it, including LA Times, Nightline, Inside Edition, etc. The only complaint I have is that they make us seem like horrible "stage parents," which i think is a horrible thing to label us as. There is such a negative conotation to that term..."stage parents." Anyways- whatever, it's the media- they have to phrase everything in a way to generate the most interest in the story i suppose. Whatever. Aside from that...hai and i are both doing well, living at the same place, still very much in love with each other.  In April '07 it'll be 6 years! 6 freakin years!! insane. It still seems like yesterday when we met....we still have fun with each other, which is important. Hopefully next year we'll get a place of our own (finally!!). um....yea, i'm a paralegal @ the law firm i work at...it's kind of a temp thing-- until i get into law school. Then depending on how all that goes, well...everything is depending on how that goes, period.
well i gotta stop-- i have to proof my friend's college UC app- personal statement (cross our fingers he gets into irvine, where he wants to go, or better!!)

| i'm leaving to japan tomorrow!!! i'm so excited! so i'll be in japan
doing all the touristy stuff for about a week, then from japan we're
going to taiwan for another week. (btw, "we" is my sister, mom
and myself).
I'm really excited! i've never been to japan...but it seems like an
interesting place to visit. Japan has always been one of the
places i've wanted to be....AHH! i'm so excited!!! and then it's
taiwan--  taiwan is always fun! they have GREAT (and cheap) dog
clothes there too!! so i'm gonna stock up on some of that. haha.
o my...so last night, poopie ran away!! the door somehow opened (i
think the wind pushed it open..it does that every once in a while) and
he (and scruffy) both ran out. Anyways, he was missing for like
3-4 hours. hai and i were in LA so there wasnt much we could do at the
moment, but then hai's bro was going around EVERYWHERE looking for
him...and then we got back like 2 hours later and hai and i went around
looking for him...went door to door, went around the community area,
checked the streets, called out his name.....basically we did
everything we could at the moment (it was 9pm). Anyways, so at 10
this guy comes up to our house with poopie on a leash and asks if this
was our dog....he found poopie (and scruffy) roaming around...but he
was only able to get poopie, since scruffy's weary about strangers) and
brought poopie back. Scruffy came back home b/c one of the
neighbors saw him and brought him back to the house...
anyways, its kind of funny b/c they both had on their RL polo
shirts...hahaha. just imagine-- seeing 2 small dogs in polo
shirts.
haha well, all is well now we're all happy. and i MUST pack now!! gtg, bye!

| THIS SUCKS!!!
i seriously just washed my car (after like....3 months of it being
absolutely filthy)....and now the weather forecast says it's going to
rain tonight and tomorrow....and ONLY tonight and tomorrow...then the
rest of the week is suppose to be sunny. what the fuck
man?????????
i'm being punished for leaving my car so dirty for so long...i know it....it just sucks.
