II Corinthians 5:14

"For Christ's love compels us, because we are convinced that one died for all, and therfore all died.  And he died for all, that those who live should no longer live for themselves but for him who died for them and was raised again."

In my daily life it is this compulsion of Christ's love that keeps me going.  It is Christ's love that compels me to live, not for myself but for Him.  So the question I have to ask is, "How do I live for Him?"

I think what pleases God the most is for us to be obedient to his calling.  Serve Him and love others (thanks rich)!  I think that sometimes we get carried away with doing the opposite and we think about serving the almighty self and not the Almighty King.  We think about loving ourselves instead of loving those who live around us.  If only we could model the kind of life that Jesus lived we would truly reflect the love of the Almighty :)

Can you imagine the impact you could make in our culture if just one person was impacted by the love of Christ, that God so desperately desires us to share with others through the gift of life? Can you imagine the impact that person could make in another persons life and how that person can share Christ's love with another and another and another... This world would overwhelmed with the love of Christ.  The sad thing is that, images such as this one can never be seen unless there is first an action to capture.  So today I ask you this, what images of action are being captured in your life?  "For Christ's love compels us..."
