Went karting on Chinese New Year's Eve! It was really exciting to fly around corners on a twin-engine kart (320cc in total). What an experience! Really felt like "Inital D", especially in the dark. It was my first time and I was glad that I was doing ok (7th out of 15). My teamate was really a "Karting God" and I bet he would win the race if he's in a team on his own. Feel a bit sorry for him...haha. I just realized there used to be a karting track near my home in Hong Kong but it's now closed. What a pity! I really want to try it again but probably need to go Macau next time...

| 2006Feel so empty after you have left.....everything back to normal again and loads of work yet to be done. I thought I will be more efficient after you left but NO!!! I used to try finishing the work early so that I'd have more time to hang out with you. But now I don't even what to start since I haven't got a target to achieve. Miss the days in Italy and Prague so much....

I'm feeling lost again...always have these feelings occasionally but start becoming more frequent...Still not very sure what and where I should work after graduation. My dad asked me what's my plan for the future careerwise and I can see he is worrying if I can sustain myself after this year...
Looked at many friends' Xanga (That's one of the reasons I started mine) and saw many great achievers...everyone seems to have their own dreams and doing well. Pressure came....What and where would I be after this year is to me still a mystery! Engineering? Banks? PhD? Those are the common destinations of my freinds. Still, so many question marks as I really doubt about my interest and more importantly, ABILITY and PERSONALITY for the RIGHT job! To be honest, I enjoy movies, fashionable stuff, electronic gadgets, cars, planes, but I don't think any of them can earn me a living, or maybe more appropriately, I haven't got the guts to engage in jobs like designing or selling mobile phones, shoes or maybe cars... and I know my parents won't be happy about that...
Anyways...it's new year...new beginning...let's put away the sad things and I hope everyone will achieve their dreams and happy in 2006!!!

| Food in UKFirst entry here.....not sure when will be the next one.....haha
English food sucks!!! I though it was just my bias but after a dinner with my lecturers and coursemates last night, I realized that's not. They come from all parts of the world...America, Germany, Iceland, Cyprus....etc. We were first having a drink in a pub and deciding whether to stay for food or eat elsewhere. One of my coursemate just said without a thought that we should go to other restaurants even we still haven't decide on what crusine yet. He said that any food in the world would be better than pub food! He words got the consensus and we just start discussing about English food...in the negative sense haha...
