For all of you that are begging me to update hello!  I just didn't want to bore you with the everyday run of the mill stuff that I have been doing lately. But since you insist. I have been working A LOT!  I got a sister married off and I am going to start MY VERY LAST YEAR OF HIGH SCHOOL on the 28th.  That's about it if you want details on my amazingly interesting life E-mail me and i'll get back to you. Oh, any suggestions on a new tag line will be welcome, the one that I have now just doesn't make any sense.

I totaled my car last night.    It wasn't my fault but the girl I hit didn't have insurance.   Rodger was in the car with me, I had just picked him up from a ballgame/kutless concert.  It was about 10:45, less than 3 miles from my house.  It was dark. The dear jumped...................and landed right on top of my hood.  Knocked the radiator right up into the engine.  I' de say that the worst part about it was not the accident itself, it was this siren that went off after the airbags deployed.  It sounded like one of those WWII air raid sirens, and it was very unnerving after being in a wreck.  Nobody was hurt ( except the dear of course, it's pretty much mush)  One good thing is that this will not go against my driving record so I don't have to worry about my insurance going sky high.  Well I gotta go bury the dear.  Type at ya later.

I got my ACT scores back yesturday.   Not as high as I would have liked but I'll just take it again I guess.  I got a 31 in reading, a 26 in english, a 21 in science, and a 19 in math.  So in all I got a 24.  The thing is that I felt like I was doing well on the math test when I took it, I guess that I got sidetracked with some concept and it threw me the test.

L ast weekend was great!  Rodger and I went on a search and rescue expedition (SAR-X) with the Civil Air Patrol down in Maryville on a 2,000 acre farm.  Friday night it rained so most people stayed on cots in the big army tents that they had set up.  Bad idea!  those things leaked like a sive.  Saturday was full of lots of training in mapping, compass stuff,  electronic direction finding, radio operating procedures, ect.  that night was alot better than the first.  Our squadron had brought little canvas army tents so I put one of those up, I used another on the ground to sleep on, one as a pillow and  another along with my poncho as a blanket.  Just one more CAP thing that means nothing to you.  I got my Gen. Billy Mitchell award last week. That means that I am an officerand alot of other stuff.  Basically it means that when a cadet that is not an officer walks by me, he has to salute me and call me sir and Lt. Vradenburgh (oh it's fun when they mess up my name, it gives me an excuse to yell at the poor guys)
