So, now I MUST write in my xanga because a very close friend of mine, the one kept telling you is leaving, is leaving a week from tomorrow.She's going to Cleveland, it's quite depreseeing, but I guess thats why we have cellular phones right?That is pretty much the big thing happening right, and its actually really, really big, quite possibly larger than the new aquarium....I 'm not really sure how exactkly this is going to work out. Some would say it leaves a huge hole to fill, but who wants a new puppy when the old one dies,it's just  not the same. Not to say that she's dead and I'll never ever see her again, but Cleveland is far away, unless you're Neiman and have a driving fetish,unfortunately , I can't drive legally. In other news, I'm making a custom sweater for her and  plodding along to some unknown destination, who knows what tomorrow may bring? In the words of the Prophet Khalil Gibran

When you part from a friend, you grieve not;

for that which you love most in him may be clearer in his abscence;

as the mountain is clearer to the climber from the plain...

That's all, I'm gonna go and be sad now...

Awww...it's not as awful as u may think when a friend moves. One of my best friends moved to DC the summer after 6th grade and we still keep in touch. I actually just talked to ehr last night. And we've visited eachother a few times too. If you are really good friends, you'll find ways.

Be as sad as you need too- I know that incredible wisdom says to Grieve not- but I say - grieve a little, and also know that you may treasure the friendship even more now that you have some perspective on it....  Ok- just one more note- while you are sad... remember too that you are loved by your friend, and lots of others....and distance is awful, but cell phones, and visits and e-mails and notes can help.  Hope your feeling brighter soon...blessings, Jacq
