| why get affected?yesterday at work, my good friend arbi drew a diagram and explained that i can't let things that are not within in my circle of control to affect me. Things like the weather, the traffic conditions and in my case, what my ex is doing and his life now... these things are NOT WITHIN MY CONTROL. He says if I let them affect me, then I am basically giving away the control to my own life. Which is so true. I understand it but I cannot seem to get dee outta my head.
I think it's true what people, the phase of moving on is really a race. I mean, two weeks after he broke up with me he's with another girl. I can't even imagine what he's saying to her now. Probably the same things he said to me?
It really fucking hurts.
