| Ladies and Gentlemen,
I am at Kentucky Christian University. WOW!!! never have I ever thought i would transfer me to another school. But here i am with a leap of faith and so far everything is going great. It was a rough week not knowing anybody but ya know, but its all good, and sometimes i forget.....Im Matt Lama. all gravy! I miss all of you all and hope to see you this semester sometime.
This fall, a lot of stuff was revealed to me. Where my heart was, what God wants of me, and more. God has placed in my life a wonderful woman. This fall semester i was angry with myself and was not looking for any kind of love. My father challenged me and spoke to me and was being a Biblical father showing me scripture. God revealed to me the woman of my dreams, and who was i to say, no. So before the semester ended, i knew to go forward with her and persue her. I had some wisdom and prayers of what should be done, and the one thing that i was suppose to do, was ask her to marry me. Everything came through. The approvals, the ring, the love and desire, and the plans comming up, just everything was, and is continuing to fall into place. Now, guys, let me just say that will be the HARDEST thing that you will ever do. Construction work, landscapin in 105 degree weather, trying to do 100 pull ups, they all dont even come close to comparing.
Men the things I urge you to do, is ...
1) Keep God first in your life, though i am not an expert at this, my desire is to become a righteous man of God, so when I am at the gates of Heaven, God with say to me, "Matthew, you are a righteous man and because you are righteous, I open the kingdom of Heaven to you with open arms. 2) open doors for the women, they are princesses and should be treated like one. 3) sensitivity is the key. 4) be the pursuer. 5) Dont steal pieces from a womans heart. Flirting may be fun, but if she is not the one God has for you... your only hurting the both of you.
Soccer guys, i hope to see you next fall, though no soccer team will ever match up to last fall, continue in unity, grow in God and play with all your heart, never give up and obtain the desire to win for the glory of God. And if we play you, just remember, I am the Lamanator, and nothing is gonna stop me from trying my hardest. I love you guys! and remember....Jesus was mocked also!!!
Ben Landes, you were my male role model of the year i attended. Continue to be a man for Christ. I love you bro. Good times!!! With taco bell runs,
and Lady Kate oh what a noble and righteous woman you are. I hope i have daughters like you. and sons who will marry women like you. I admire the ambition you have and desire to spend time with God. and what a crazy, appropriate, and fun woman you are. continue to be contagious to the women around you, because you are admired by the many women you meet, even the ones in Africa!
Carlye I love you always, Thanks MOM!!! Bobby youre one crazy guy and I hope to be as much fun as you are, Jesse haha, good times and talks!!! and Charity try brown hair once in your life, different is good, keep runnin!
I love everyone and if i shall not see you ever again in this world, then we shall live in paradise, prasing our wonderful God together, forever, and oh how magnificent it shall be.
