So last night my fam and I went to see the chicago fire game. Twas the coolest thing ever!! (just for those who don't know..chicago fire is a soccer team lol)

Fire scored first and it was the most b-e-a-u-tiful shot....then canada in the 2nd half..and we were like no!! lol..

So we needed another goal, and we kept getting opportunities cause we kept getting sooo close to the goal it would be blocked...wowzers was stressful lol.

But then fire finally got a goal like a minute left to play in the second half...man, it was soo exciting.

However I left feeling sick, as I always do when we go to games in stadiums..the smell of beer and cigarette smoke makes me sick and cough a lot. So yeah, I ended up leaving with a tummyache. blah.

But smart of me to always have motrin IB in my purse so when we got back to the van I took some and drank water and layed down...we grabbed a bite to eat at Mcdonald's and when we finally got home, I felt better.

So yeah, that's my day yesterday in a nutshell and me excluding my bad morning and evening and today =P so we are just trying to stay possitive here. life is grand. blah.

!!Happy Belated 4th of July!!

*Well I pray that everyone's 4th went well. We had some of my extended family on my mom's side come over....we had sooooo much food it wasn't even funny. I believe we've still got some leftovers in the fridge. Our tummies have definitely been full and I'll thank the Lord for that.

*We had badminton (spell check) set up in our backyard for my little cousins, and our trampoline which they pretty much bounced on the entire time. We had movie time set up for 'em but they wanted to be outside, which worked out better because they needed to get all that energy out. lol. We also took them to the park which isn't far from my house, its not even like a 10min walk. They had fun there too. I also painted faces which my cousins liked a lot. I'm so glad that they had a blast. ^_^ We had a mini chocolate fondue fountain that was suuuper yummy with all the fruits we had. There was also ice cream and whipped cream. I think everyone was on a sugar rush We all had a blast though. That night when everyone left I was out with my sibs picking up the yard, the fireflies came out. ^_^ I LOVE fireflies....spent a little time catching some too. woohoo!!

*We had lightening a few days ago and twas awesome. I still have yet to get an awesome pic of the lightening.

*We have had my grandmother with us for the past 2 days and its great....last night we were up playing loteria rofl...we were just laughing up a storm. Too much fun indeed.

*Today I was up at 3am so I didn't see any point in going back to sleep on account I was gonna have to be up in the next 3 hours so I could go workout....so I took that time to go to dittytalk and chat with a few friends.....then I left for my run and did my bible reading for today. Atm I'm eating some doritos with my pb&j ^_^ I love doritos....they are the bomb with bananas!! Having an early lunch per se since its only 11:36am right now.

Well I suppose that's all I can come up with that has been happening lately, I believe tomorrow my cousins are coming over again.

*Oh yeah, last night my fam and I watched "wipeout" and "I survived a japanese gameshow" oh man those shows are awesome and funny!!

*I rented some movies from the library that me and my sibs are planning on watching today....I got quite a few, 8 I believe..haha so we'll be busy with those. ^_^ I love movies.

good news, bad news, and great news!!

Ok so the good news, is that yesterday we went to the Navy Pier and had a great time on the boat and saw the Chicago skyline and seeing all the shops and things on the pier and we also got to see Cirque Shanghai which was crazy awesome!! At the end of the day we also got to see fireworks :)

The bad news, is that I forgot my camera (the first digital cam I ever bought) in the bathroom and by the time I went back to look for it, it was gone. I went and searched the lost and found and a report was put on it, unfortunately nothing and no one turned it up. It was stolen and a little worse than that is that when I finally gave up on searching for it, I cried a bit...and we were in public but it just really devastated me, even my mom cried with me. Just goes to show there's not a whole lot of good in everyone. It still had pictures of my birthday on it, but thank God I had already downloaded them onto my laptop the day before. The battery wasn't charged much either so whoever has it, isn't or wasn't going to be able to do much with it.  I have to say that I felt pretty angry that whoever took it, didn't even bother turning it in. So guess they got a free camera.

As I was sitting with my family and we were about to eat, my mom said this is the moment that I am most grateful for, to be with all of you guys and she brought to mind the song by steven curtis chapman "miracle of the moment" and we started to sing it, and I just felt so at peace, thinking, you know what, its just a camera, I can get a new one and if Jesus were to come back I couldn't take it to heaven anyhow, this is the moment, being with my family and about to share a quick meal with and the sun was shining the entire day and the breeze and just everything...Yes!! that was the moment that I was truly grateful for. And even though I'm still a little saddened that my camera was stolen, I can survive without it for a while until I get an opportunity to buy a new one.

And now for the great news.....the birthday gift that I mentioned earlier that my mom was waiting on to arrive, got here last night while we were out at the Pier. Now I know why my mom kept telling me that she was soooo stoked and couldn't wait for me to see it. My parents got me a black Ibanez ELECTRIC GUITAR!!!!!!!   I couldn't believe my eyes!! I know I had mentioned I wanted to buy one and learn it along with my acoustic but I didn't think that my parents would actually get me one, I mean it comes with its own amp too!! Wowzers!!

So yeah, yesterday was filled with laughter and tears and just plain excitment, and God is still on the throne. Praise the Lord!!

!!MY 21st BIRTHDAY!!

Ok so yeah, today is my birthday and it was great!! The original plan was to go to six flags (I've never been) but it didn't work out, but it was still and awesome day!! My brother got me the new Hawk Nelson Cd  and its awesome!!

I got a target gift card from my parents....woot!! so I'll have to make a trip over there soon. My mom said that the gift she got for me will arrive tomorrow and she can't wait til it gets here which of course makes me a bit excited haha. So I guess I'll have to wait and see tomorrow the Lord willing.

So after receiving those gifts we went out for breakfast at Wildberry.....its a waffle house type place. We've never been there before and it was sooooo good. I order the pancakes I always get at any pancake house we go to. CHOCOLATE CHIP!! and I got a hot cocoa woot! I have to say though, of all the chocolate pancakes I've had at different places these were the prettiest I've ever seen!!

Ok after breakfast, I got to go BOWLING!!!!!!!!! Haven't been able to do that since we moved here from cali and that would be about a good 7 months give or take. Has sooo much fun with my fam...they are awesome!! So my goal was to beat my last high score of 135, but I fell short, ending with 132 after all the games we played lol. We are the Lord willing going to get a chance to go back this thrusday, so I'm hoping to beat it then

After bowling, I walked to the park close by my house and played some soccer with my youngest bro and checked up on my baby goslings. lol. They are getting soooo big, almost as big as their parents now, crazy!! Funny seeing and checking up on them and to see the differences in them from March when they were born I believe. ^_^

After that we all went out to dinner at my fave place......TGIF!! Twas great, and yes I did end up getting sung to by the staff there lol   That always makes me kinda nervous haha.

Well we left the restaurant and myself feeling extremely full (and at this moment there is still no room for desert lol) we came home and watched the last half of WIPEOUT which was purty funny lol. After that we watched I SURVIVED A JAPANESE GAMESHOW hahaha that show is purty awesome!!

My parents had gotten me a little cake, which my mom told me that its chocolate on chocolate!! man my fam knows me sooooo well.....haha surprise huh? nopers!! lol. As soon as I have found some room in this tummy of mine I'm most definitely gonna have a slice.

And so now I'm here updating, having told you all about my day and how it went.

It feels quite weird and I can't believe I'm 21 now....its crazy!! Thanks Lord for another year, help me to do what you want me to.
