favorites

so i thought i would write something today since i'm at work and feel like doing nothing work related.  here is a list of favorite things that i have discovered this year.  the list is in no particular order...

1) cheesecake's chopped salad ( i soo get random cravings for this. i eat this about three times a month on avg.)

2) vitamin water xxx / smart water

3) mcdonalds mcskillet burrito ( omg yummy!)

4) google street view ( you try it and tell me it is not way uh cool?)

5) flats (most comfortable: diesel, prada, and tory burch)  uncomfortable: sam edelman ( you have to wear them out first.... they are ok afterwards... first 48 hours you are in pain)

6) whole foods vietnamese shrimp rolls.

7) wii bowling (i love this game because i'm good at it :P )

8) wknd trips where you don't have to take days off ( i did 4 of them this yr -- 2 times to cali, 2 times to NYC)

maybe ill think of more in the next couple of hours......

it has been a crazy two months since i last updated. not really.

i've been able to hang out with a lot of different ppl lately...that has been fun!  my brother has came to visit couple of times ...all we do is eat when he comes!!!!

cicadas are not fun. they land on me and fly into my car. not cool. when i walk at night, i step on them because you can't see them and they make this crunchy noise. disgusting, huh?

i got a ticket to go see the police next week. i turned the $400 ticket down (why the heck is the ticket worth so much)?  

my friend is trying to sell this projector he won.  http://cgi.ebay.com/HITACHI-model-EDJP32_W0QQitemZ270137691336QQcmdZViewItem   it is ridic cheap. so anyone looking for one or know someone that needs one.... good price. i should try to sell my dlp infocus projector.... since it just sits on the living room floor.

have you ever lost a piece of clothing that you really like? so two months ago...i remembered that i have this james perse dress that i like. i tried to find it but could not ....so i tried again last night and i failed again. i wonder where you are dress??

well enough of this random writing.  i'm off to wisconsin for the weekend to listen to Bruce Milne.

super thanks to all the bday wishes i got today. i appreciate the fbook msgs, e-mails, and IMs.  thanks for those that came out to dolce tonight. thanks to patty for the tailored purple cupcakes and ruth for the yummy coldstone cake.  the best part of the day was the snow...i've always wanted to have christmas for my bday haha. i hate the stupid snow. snow go away!

i update again?

i uhhh bought a sk3 on friday. why? for fun. i am using it for data only... i bought the sk3 from a buddy and am doing the pay as you go plan. i can text, e-mail, chat, surf the web now while i'm on the train!! i can also check my gmail at work haha :) so if anyone else has unlimited txt... lmk i'll be your txting buddy. i think rich and kenny are sick of me txting them!!

a lot ppl have birthdays this week. happy birthday to them :) ooh also two of my buddies got engaged today! congrats to them.

today for lunch-- tommy koo chose to eat at this korean buffet ... it was seriously the worst buffet ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i'm slowly getting over the fact that the person who owns the place can sleep at night knowing the food he puts out there is crap. this might sound harsh but it is the truth.

my california wknd

five things that happened on my trip to southern california in chronological order:

1) have you ever read non-stop on a flight? i read jodi picoult's new book titled ninteen minutes. i finished the book off yesterday on my way back. another good book by her! my favorite book of her's is the pact. my sisters keeper is also really good. 

2) experienced horrible customer service all day friday ...  i don't want to even start... don't ever go to the applebee's in fountain valley...

3) LOST- not the tv show but the real meaning  (frustrating but i would have to say one of the most memorable parts of the trip)

4) mexican food in san diego... over the last couple months i have a new love for mexican food and rap music.

5) watching eugene and becca get married!!!!!  very exciting :)

overall i had a great time in southern cali this past weekend... i still don't know if i could ever live there... but i did decide that i want to visit northen cali :) i need to see the difference between the two areas..
