He said Jesus appeared to him(I paraphrase); “he looked as I imagined he would look with the disciples on the earth.” It says in Matt 24:23 “Then if any man shall say unto you, Lo, here is Christ, or there; believe it not.” Todd doesn’t really say whether Jesus was in spirit or in the flesh. He said it appeared He stepped into our realm. Does that mean, he saw Him in the flesh? If so, isn’t it obvious that this is a Matt 24 situation? You might reply, “Doesn’t Todd say “he looked as I imagined he would look with the disciples on the earth.” That there proves it’s a legit spirit, it’s Jesus himself. He’s saying Jesus came and lived on the earth. You said that if the spirit confess’ that Jesus Christ came in the flesh, the Spirit is of God.” You’d be right… with the last part, but not the first. The spirit Todd saw did not say Jesus came in the flesh; Todd was the one that talked about Jesus being on the earth. Todd did not test this spirit; the spirit looked like what Todd imagined Jesus would look like, so he assumed it was Jesus. Do you think Satan can’t pull off a Jesus look alike? Mark 13:22 “For false Christs and false prophets shall rise, and shall shew signs and wonders, to seduce, if it were possible, even the elect.” Why say “if it where possible?” We live in a fallen world, we are susceptible to error, but the elect knows our fathers voice and we will ultimately flee from the stranger and return to Jesus. (John 10:2-5) I believe Todd knows Jesus Christ and has accepted Him as his savior, but he has become deceived and is now heading down the wrong path. Matt 7:22-23

1. The clip speaks for itself. Who is talking to Todd? Todd assumes it is God. God says “the church doesn’t have a problem believing in Jesus.” The church might not have problem believing in Jesus, but that doesn’t mean the church is on the right path. There are believers thinking Homosexuality is not a sin. http://www.onenewsnow.com/Culture/Default.aspx?id=133534) Todd Bentley is trying to feed the church “meat” when what they need is “milk”. If this is of God, God is building on sand. This meat that Todd is putting out there doesn’t even appear to be legit meat. There are many in the church that are ready for the meat, but we as a church have been failing to spread the fundamentals of the Gospel. People believe in Jesus and yet they don’t truly follow him. I am ready for a bonified revival, but you got to be careful not to let the cart go ahead of the horse. Which means you opening yourself to turn into a 2 Tim 4:2-4. I don’t believe a God revival is going on in Lakeland Florida. I may be wrong and I’m open for correction if I’m in error.
