4th of July 07.04.2008This was my first 4th of July spent with D...we just bought steaks on the way home from Waikiki, and had that for dinner...We also pop some fireworks...well D did, and played with my morning glories...LOL...i'm not a fireworks kind of person...I only like to watch, but not light them...hehe...it was fun...i'm also glad D had a fun time as well...
We can't wait for the New Years... -
D and I had a chance to stay in Waikiki on Wed. and Thurs...D had 1 week off, and just went back to work today...I go back to work next week sometime...not much for a local person to do in waikiki...our first day in Waikiki we went too 3D miniature golf in the Waikiki Shopping Plaza...we did a lot of walking around...playing tourist was fun...it sure went by fast...during the two nights we stayed in Waikiki we went to Senor Frogs...a happening place...fun...must go back...first day for breakfast was in China town...before heading too Waikiki...lunch CPK, and dinner Yard house in Waikiki...second day lunch Cheese cake factory, and dinner Yard house...hehe yesterday the 4th breakfast at ihop before heading for checkout, and home...we plan to do this when D comes back from his deployment from Guam...can't believe less then 1 month D will be leaving for Guam...he will be staying in Guam for one month...hope it goes by fast...
On Tuesday we had a chance to hit the water park in Kapolei...we brought his little brother (Big brothers), and his little brother older brother...tons of fun...we plan to go back sometime this month...

Well good news as well bad news about work...Good news I got a job, and bad news it's only on call...it's better then nothing for the time being...it's not like i'm giving up trying to find a fulltime or partime job...i'm still seeking...I'm hoping to find one before D leaves for his 1 month work trip ending of next month....
D has vacation starting from next week Monday till Friday...so Tuesday we plan to take his little brother (Big brothers) to the water park...Wed. and thurs. we are staying in Waikiki...as for 4th of july we are thinking maybe get some fireworks ,and cook something on the grill for dinner...since i'm sure that day we will be tired since we are coming home that day from the waikiki...we will see...
Tonight is Bon Dance night at Wahiawa...Ihoping the weather gets better...it's been sprinkling off and on today...I'm hoping tonight is a nice bon dance weather...esp for Sis, since she can't afford to get sick....so I pray for a nice night...

Today was my interview for Wahiawa General...I'm hoping I get this job...the interview went well...it's hard to say if they were interested or not...I should be getting a word sometime this week...all day today was interview, and they are planning to talk it over tody sometime...so i'm praying ,and crossing my fingers I get very good news this week...now is the waiting game...
I'm happy D has off all next week...gives us time to spend with one another...plus he leaves for Guam ending of next month...so this would be a good vacation before I head back to work ,and him head off to Guam for one month...We plan to stay in Waikiki for 2 nights, and play tourist..hehe...I wish we had the time, and money to travel some where...but this is better then nothing...maybe hit the beach and stuff...we will see...something we will talk about tonight...
I'll let everyone know the news when it comes...
