It finally hit me in orchestra this morning.  First period on a B day - sat down, picked up my cello and started to cry.  I couldn't stop, the tears kept coming...

jay brimley - and to think I knew so little about him, but suddenly I care so much.  Death is hard to deal with, it's so hard to understand - I can't barely think of what to write.  I found out yesterday, miguel told me and I was surprised, but it didn't register till this morning.  I read other people's entries and it amazes me how much we take for granted.  You never know the real value of things until they're taken away from you. Wow...it was a whirlwind relationship - and the last words I said to him were along the lines of "It won't work out." 

i wish i can tell him i'm sorry.
