| i think it's almost time to say goodbye to my good old trusty wagon. either at the end of this month or early next month i am probably going to donate it to my old high school, unless anyone else really wants it. so long.. farewell... well, not just yet. photos from the camera phone (cuz my digital camera is jacked up)
i just realize my front plate is dented, but i never hit anything with those plates on... interesting...
that was my sister's doing... she backed into some concrete post? i think she broke the hub cap too i should just put another 32 miles on it so i can hit 200,000 miles

| ok so i lied... the rest of that letter isnt coming up anytime soon cuz.... it's going to take too much effort. but it's just the section where they tell you what the will do with the money you donate. they suggest specific amounts... starting at $1000. if not, they suggest you donate $500. otherwise, if you cant donate that amount, then perhaps $250. all going to causes that have no effect on anything i did at school. now tell me why i would be interested in that! the program i was in felt either... underfunded, or just understaffed. or... we could've had better teachers. take your pick. hey, they even followed up with a phone call earlier in the week...
in other news... it's car hunting time... i'm serious this time! my theory is that i will go after the least responsible, least practical, most fun car i can afford to get for now, and when life situations change, go after something more practical. no more wagons! (for now...) sound like a plan? it's rare when i have more than 1 passenger now. and i havent made use of the cargo room except when people asked me to help them move... all of twice in the last year and a half... if even. good idea? we'll see...

| thanks to johnson, we managed to get the heat working in my car again! but it's pretty ghetto... there's a cable sticking out of the center console now, if i push it in and it's cold air, pull it out and it's hot air... but at least it works. johnson was trying a few times to make it look nice, but it wasnt working out... so i told him it wasnt worth the effort, and just rig it so it works. working heat is better than no heat right now.

| i got this in the mail today... [my comments between brackets]... and i quote:
"Dear Mr. xxxxxx: [left out for my own privacy] I was the first person in my family to go to college [starting to feel suspicious here...], so I needed to figure out the whole college experience for myself--starting with choosing the right place for my education. Like you, my search led me to UMBC [obviously the search went badly], a university that offered seemingly limitless opportunities to discover my direction. [i call bullshit. plus with certain teachers that only wanted their ideas to see light... i'd say that was limiting] I found my path right away, in finance and economics--but my academic choices were only part of the story. Whatever direction I wanted to go at UMBC, I found no barriers. [bullshit] I joined a fraternity, played lacrosse, and found a passion for student government. [sga didnt seem right in the head to me] By my junior year, I was a student body senator, and then Speaker of the Senate, and I learned about the qualities that make a good leader [ie. bullshitting]--lessons that continue to serve me every day. I'm writing to you today because I know that you, too, found your path at UMBC. [um... no, you just want some money] Whatever your major [see, you dont even know what I majored in. mass produced letter = spam, even snail mail]--the sciences, social sciences, the arts, engineering, or the humanities--you learned to work hard [hahahahahahahaha... ahem, excuse me] to achieve your goals, and you saw your efforts come to fruition later in life. [ahahahahahahahahahaha]"
...end quote. ok i can read this no more... there's another page and a half of this bs, i cant type the rest. it's just too... lame. dont you feel the affection i have towards my alma mater?
