Interpretation of the above result: - students think of those really 'material' service and benefit, which reflects they perceive SU as ' a student representative which provides benefit to them'(好功利,但我們理解)。 - students didn realize we have got a free fax service, showing the promotion is not enough - Some suggestions can be further discuss the possibility of implementation, like lending umbrella and selling magazines and newspaper in coop, as they have been mentioned twice at the brainstorming session - Students demand for transparency, but they don't have an idea of what they want to know from us.
