Well Happy New Year!

I rang in the New Year at All Star Bowl in Moorhead watching Mesada with Jamey. (BTW if you have no clue what I'm talking about...it's a band...and they rock) None the less afterwards we were going back to the lead singers place to hang out for the rest of the night but we didn't leave there till 12:00 and they still had to take everything down so they weren't going to be there till at least 1. SOOOO....Jamey and I decided to do something really exciting!!!! Go to Perkins...and then go to bed.

You know I always get excited about New Years...but this year I wasn't all that pumped. I mean sure everything is pretty good in my life...but I don't know going to eat and go to bed with the person I love most seemed more exciting anyways!

So I didn't drink the night away, I remember everything that happened, and I froze my butt off because it was cold...overall a pretty good night I would say.

This is going to be the longest update on earth...from me...because it's prob one of my last. Who uses this anyways?

I'll probably get rid of it here pretty soon. All this xanga, myspace stuff is getting a little old.

My life is still pretty much the same. My parents are still divorced, I still work full time at a job that doesn't suit me to a tee, I deal with migrane after migrane each day, everything still costs an ass ton of money...

On a good note. I'm still smiling, I still have time to go out and do the things I want, I am hardly ever at home, and last but certainly not least I'm still with Jamey. But why do I even have to say that? It's never going to change...if it does it's going to be "I'm still married to Jamey" lol. Therefore...we're happy and hopefully going to be moving in together real soon.

At Chris's house. That was an interesting night!

Yup! I graduated

Working at FYC and now working at ORCCC

Duluth and Canada

9.) Did you know anybody who got married?
Well my cousin is getting married on the 30th and I've been to 2 other weddings

Of course

1. What did you do in 2006 that you'd never done before?  I did a lot of traveling. I went to Duluth and Canada and I'd never been to either place before. They were both quite an experience. I don't regret either of them, they were amazing and I was with the most amazing person in the world. How much better can it get?

2. Did you keep your new years' resolutions, and will you make more for next year? I don't make resolutions. First of all...I would never remember them and secondly why? Things change every single day. I just try to get by each day as happy as possible!
3. Did anyone close to you give birth? no but I did find out my cousin is pregnant
4. Did anyone close to you die? not too close to me

5. What countries did you visit?  Technically Canada. It was one of the best trips I've ever been on...and one of the first without my parents...lol


6. What would you like to have in 2007 that you lacked in 2006? A comfort zone. Sometimes I do things that are way out of my comfort zone because I don't know where exactly that lies. So that is def. something I need to figure out. Maybe I just don't have one! That could be interesting.

7. What date from 2006 will remain etched upon your memory, and why?
Probably October 9th. Because my parents got divorced and my mom moved out. It was the most horrible thing that has ever happened to me. Also graduation. I don't miss high school but I miss going through graduation! And my Senior prom. 2 proms I went with Jamey but my senior one was fantastic!
8. What was your biggest achievement of the year?  Obviously graduation! That's a big step in anyones life.

9. What was your biggest failure? Probably deciding to work full time instead of going to college. I can't say I regret it but I do miss going to school sometimes.

10. Did you suffer illness or injury? No
11. What was the best thing you bought?  I purchased many things this year. Probably Jamey's Christmas present but I can't say since it's not Christmas yet.
12. Whose behavior merited celebration? My graduation. My cousin Kara getting engaged. Me and Jamey's birthdays
13. Whose behavior made you appalled and depressed? 1 specific person who's name I will not say. But he ruined the friendship of one great guy. He did so many things that were horrible, that no guy should ever do in their entire lives! I can never forgive him.
14. Where did most of your money go? Eating out...I've got to stop doing that.

15. What did you get really, really, really excited about? When my dad told me that in Feb. March timeframe I get to go to England!

16. What song will always remind you of 2006? Smack That-Akon...horrible I know. But it was the highlight song of my year...

17. Compared to this time last year, are you:
i. happier or sadder? Happier
ii. thinner or fatter? I'd say a little fatter, but both my mom and Jamey don't think so

iii. richer or poorer? richer

18. What do you wish you'd done more of?  Taking care of myself more

20. How will you be spending Christmas? With my dad at home. I might stop by my aunts house to see some family but I haven't quite gotten past the whole "dealing with everything" yet so we'll see. It's def. going to be a very different Christmas.


22. Did you fall in love in 2006? No. I've been in love for almost 3 years. Can love get any stronger? lol I AM IN LOVE ALREADY!

24. What was your favorite TV program? Heroes. Americas Next Top Model

25. Do you hate anyone now that you didn't hate this time last year? Yes. One in particular but yes. Sadly

26. What was the best book you read? Click Clack Moo, Cows that Type a book we read to our kids at work.


27. What was your greatest musical discovery? Hinder. Oh they make me so happy.

28. What did you want and get? Pretty much everything I could ask for. Jamey spoils me.

29. What did you want and not get? I wanted my parents to stay together and work things out...obviously that didn't happen

30. What was your favorite film of this year? Film? Not sure...but Heroes will eventually be on DVD I assume so I will pick that.
31. What did you do on your birthday, and how old were you? I turned 19 and I spent it in Minneapolis shopping with my aunts and cousins.

32. What one thing would have made your year immeasurably more satisfying? Being able to spend my birthday with friends too.

33. How would you describe your personal fashion concept in 2006? I've grown up a little. I'll still pull out some cute little outfits for when we go out on a Friday night, but otherwise I prefere comfort.
34. What kept you sane? Parents Jamey and Kelci

35. Which celebrity/public figure did you fancy the most? Tech N9ne because I get to go see him in a couple days!

36. What political issue stirred you the most? Oh god just one? How about "Bush" that sums it up.


37. Who did you miss? Kelci Kae

38. Who was the best new person you met? Kelly. I didn't just meet her but I def. hung out with her more this year. She is amazing.

39. Tell us a valuable life lesson you learned in 2006. Things don't always go your way. But even when they don't, you can still get through the tough times because the people that love you most are always there for you when you need a shoulder to cry on.
