Name: Heather
Country: United States
State: Florida
Metro: Orlando
Birthday: 11/12/1985
Gender: Female

Interests: A self-proclaimed political junkie with only slight conservative tendencies. :) I attempt to play guitar every now and then and I enjoy mountain climbing, yoga, and verbal sparring. I also have a slight strange and morbid fascination with romantic death. Drowning and being run over by car are high on "romantic death" list. I love the sun and the beach...a slight problem since I live in Michigan now. I have never seen snow....but I have a feeling that is about to change in a few months. Drawing with charcoal as a medium is always a messy and delightful experience. I especially enjoy drawing animals and still life though I can never finish a picture of any consequence for some reason. I always seem to stop half way down the head.
Expertise: Well...I guess rambling. :)
Occupation: Student
Industry: Other

Currently Reading: Pride and Prejudice

Can you all believe how quickly this summer is flying by? It's been way too fast...though I am ready to see Hillsdale friends again and start studying again. You can only ask "Largo or Grande?" so many times...

We went and saw "Batman Begins" yesterday night (We being my dad and friend Arianna, who is coming next semster by the way...check out her Xanga sometime "GuntotinAngel") Anywho-it was REALLY good. I haven't seen the other installments in the Batman series...however I think I'll rent the next one tonight. If you haven't seen it yet, you should. And for the girls out there...the guy who plays batman is a...um...beautiful reason you should go see it. But, of course, that is isn't the ONLY reason...the acting was mostly excellent...(The guy who played Dr. Crane was fantastic...and with actors like Morgan Freeman, it was hard to go wrong)...the story was easy to figure out but captivating nonetheless...it was just a good way to waste a Saturday night.

Nothing else has really been happening lately...I have nothing to do but sit around, read, and sleep this Sunday so I'm going to enjoy it! Hope everyone else is doing well, I really miss all of you...can't wait to see you in August.

Oh- and Jess, I can't get ahold of you! My e-mail isn't working still, and your phone (or mine) is being funky I think- I am really sorry about your mom! Tell her we are all praying for her in the Orlando house and I hope she feels better really soon. Call me and let me know how her operation goes (or went). Love you guys!

Currently Listening: Chicago: Music From the Miramax Motion Picture

Let this be a lesson to all of you...NEVER leave your computer in the hands of friends without password protection... :)

No...I am not dating anyone from Greece...and I don't think I would tell everyone in the world on Xanga if I was...Although Greece could be a nice place to settle down...

In other news, I got my new computer! And I also lost my wisdom teeth. Apparently when mom came to pick me up at the denist I was very concerned about the whereabouts of my teeth and I wouldn't leave until the nurse gave them back to me. Then the first thing I did when I "woke up" was to ask for them...kinda wierd. But I suppose I was pretty attached to them, on many different levels.

The computer is AMAZING! A pretty big jump from my other one...I am in computer utopia. I am almost done working (3 more weeks!) and then I go to Central America! I have been reading all these books I haven't been able to during the year and catching up with old dear friends. Life is truly great.
