So having consulted with lots of friends online (thanks for bearing with my simple questions haha) (and "mastered" the skills of cooking simple things like pasta, salads and sandwiches), I have decided to take my cooking skills to the next level today.  This is nothing impressive of course, but I can call it a personal accomplishment :)  I think the best part of this dish (which consists of chicken, broccoli, baby carrots and mushrooms) is how nicely the plate matches with the food.

P.S. School starts (finally) on Monday after a very long winter break.

By the way, I went to see the Magic Flute today! It wasn't bad but compared to the First Emperor... I have to say the First Emperor was really WOW... original and grandiose and all =)
