Been really busy!

Ryan started his new job Monday. He loves it!  He was even able to come home for lunch one day this week.  He would have came home today, but someone wanted to take him out.  He said everyone is really nice and he think's he is really going to enjoy working there.  We sure enjoy having him home more!

I've been trying to get some sewing done.  It's a slow go, Liam is very demanding.  He's teething and not a happy camper.  He is getting around more and more lately!  And he giggles so much.  It use to be you would have to tickle him to make him laugh, but now he laughs almost for no reason.   He's a great kid!

We were going to start homeschooling this past week, but I was much too sick.  I have all day and night sickness!  3 nights in a row I woke up to puke.  Not fun, I'm so tired it's not even funny.

It seems with every pregnancy someone in my family seems to think we need more drama.  This time it's my sister.  I've gotten smart in all of my 25 years and am staying out of it, but it's still stressful.  My Mom is having to take a lot of crap right now and I am worried more about her than anything.  Her B/P is still sky high and all this added stress with her grown kids isn't helping one bit.  So if you think to, a prayer or two would be nice.  My sisters boys are going through a lot right now too, it's not easy being almost 3 and almost 2 when your parents are calling it quits.  They don't understand what's going on, nor do they understand why one of their parents isn't with them all the time.  Be praying for the boys as well.  I wish there was a way where I could help, keep them safe from all this.  Things have gotten so ugly I fear they will have scars for life from this. :(

Well, it's back to my sewing.  I hope all is well!  Oh! The giveaway is still going (till Sunay) so if you want to put your name in, comment on the giveaway post below this one.

He's normal!!!!!!!

First Steps came today to see where Liam was at 5 months.  Remember last month he was about a month behind, but given he spend the first 20 days of his life on morphone that was more than allowed...  Amy checks him today and a huge grin comes over her face...  "He's 100% normal!  Right where he needs to be!"

To God be all the glory!  Sure I've worked really hard to get him where he's suppose to be.  But this is all God's doing, He will take full credit!  Thank you Lord for my normal, healthy little boy!!!!!

15!!!

Is the age I was guessed last night at walmart, by the lady who was cutting out my fabric.  I guess when young people (and I mean under the age of 60) buy fabric it's intresting and rare enough to ask what the fabric was for.  I was buying fabric to make another pouch sling for a friend of mine.  I told the lady and she was like "Wow! you can do that!?  How long have you been sewing?"  I told her nearly 14 years, I guess she thought I wasn't telling the truth.   I then went on to say I make most of my daughters clothes and she was like "no way, you don't look old enough to have a child! How old is your daughter?"  So I tell her, and then I tell her she's my middle child, and that I have two boys as well.  She just looks at me.  I knew she was counting in her head and trying not to be rude at the same time.  Then it finally comes "How old are you?!?!"  She would never have guessed me as 25 in a million years, or so she says. lol  Now granted I was in my camo pants (yes, I own camo pants, they are my favorite thank you!) and a t shirt and my hair was probably a mess as I had the windows down.

I feel like poo.  The craziest things make me sick.  I can wash Liam's diapers with out gagging, but when I sit down to sew one that's a different story!  That fabric sent makes me so sick!  I'm not liking this much at all.  Strange things are working.  I can drink lemonaid first thing in the morning and I don't seem to get sick, as long as I keep sipping lemonaid all day.  Jolly Ranchers knock it too.  Now if I try water (which is what I usually ONLY drink) makes me soooo sick.  So it's lemonaid.  Dentist is going to love me.

Kathryn has it set in her mind that this baby is a girl.  Poor thing.  She has told me countless times that she won't love the baby if it's a boy and that she's traiding Grandma for Allie. haha  She pats on my tummy everyday "hi little girl! you grow big and strong so we can play princesses!"  She needs a sister, I admit that.  I really hope this one is a girl for her!

Ryan has 1 more day left at his job in Lexington.  He starts here in town Monday.  He's very excited!   He's not going to miss that long drive everyday at all.

Well, I need to clean my house and start sewing.

Can you tell we birth at home!?

Yesterday I had Kathryn take a bath because she was covered in marker and we had a homeschool meeting to go to.  I went to get everyone's clothes and left her to soak.  I heard some grunting, but thought nothing of it.  Then I hear a baby cry and took off running thinking it was Liam!  So I run in my room, he's sound asleep on my bed, but I still hear a baby crying in the bathroom..  So I go in there and see this.
Kat having a water birth hahahaha
HAHAHAHA!!  She looks up at me and says "Mama!  I just had a baby, isn't she beautiful?!?"  She was the one making baby sounds!
but Mama! the baby NEEDED the towel!
Funny thing is, that's the very same towel I used on Kathryn.  She's seen her birth many many times.

It's been busy here.  I've been trying to get diapers made, but the smell of fabric makes me sick! haha  No, I'm not kidding!  I made oatmeal raison cookies yesterday and the smell of that made me sick as well.  I've been drinking raspberry tea like it's going out of style, it's knocking the morning sickness pretty well.  Kathryn was my only other pregnancy where I even wanted the stuff.

We were in Ohio over the weekend visiting Ryan's side of the family.  We had a nice time, but I'm sure I wasn't much fun.  I was so tired and just didn't feel well.  I read a book though!   I wouldn't have gotten to if we stayed home. lol  I forgot my camera and would have had great pictures, oh well.  Liam has twin step cousins a few weeks older than him in Ohio and I wish I could have gotten pictures of the boys together!  The good news is, Liam is a little bit ahead of the twins!!!!  So he is doing a lot better than I thought!   I'm so proud of my boy!

Here are those pictures from the zoo.
going to the zoo
Liam right before we left the house.  The other two were excited so he must have figured it was something big because he was very excited too!

They had a splash park at the zoo...

dancing in the water
and usually my kids love it and I am having to drag them out of there, but there were so many big kids there and they were pushing the little ones down.  So after about 30 minutes of that Jesse just asked to go look at animals.

I love this picture.  Kathryn was freezing and Jesse said he would warm her up.

Probably the hightlight of the zoo trip!  They loved getting to feed this big guy!

Kathryn taking time to smell the flowers.  She loves flowers!  I am going to have to drop hints to the man she marrys to make sure to bring them home to her very often.

And here are all 3 of my little ones sitting on this stone rino.  Liam was looking at the real thing and I couldn't get him to look at me!

The kids each took their own camera and I am excited to see those pictures.  I'll try to scan some and then post those.

Jesse has taught himself how to change diapers!
diaper changer
He's really good at it too!  This will come in handy when the baby comes.

Last but not least.  I am going on Friends lock sometime next week.  I'm not so sure I want all my posts public anymore, so I wanted to let those of you that just stop by sometimes to add me as your friend if you want to keep on reading my blog. :)

God bless and have a great week!
Love,
Sarah
