Week's 10 - Part 1
Abby and Sarah
I'm a little behind... so here goes... this is Part 1. I will do Part 2 later tonite.
1. Pastrami Sandwich at O'Hare
2. Flights were delayed, but at least my wife was there with me.
3. A flukishly incredible deal for airfare - I don't know why, but I tend to have a gift with that.
4. Cousin Dan picking us up in Buffalo - he needed to wait 3hrs for us because of the delay.
5. Aunty Edith's monster house for us to stay in.
6. Getting to wake up late on Saturday.
7. Marrying into a family that likes to eat and won't settle for less.
8. Cheap good food in Toronto.
9. Seeing all the cousins again.
10. Lois having the confidence in me to be her photographer for the wedding [along w/Dan].
11. Having a camera... though after shooting the wedding, I'm feeling the itch to upgrade.
12. Rain on wedding day but it wasn't as heavy as it could have been.
13. Good prime rib at the reception.
14. Playing with Abby and Joie.
15. Dan and Doreen's generosity and hospitality - letting us borrow a car and taking the week off to take us around.
16. Lois and Jeremy getting married.
17. Talking w/Esther and both feeling like we're the rebels in the family.
18. Jeremy's future brother-in-law who was awesome to shoot at the wedding.
19. Techno-redneck-line-dancing music... I hate it as music, but it was fun watching Canadians dancing. I forgot I was in Canada until techno-line-dancing music came on.

1. Getting to tag along with my wife on her company escapades.

3. Conversations with people in line waiting for the iPhone - I waited for about 20 min and just couldn't do it.
4. Good dinner and dialogue with the Hom's.
5. Our prayer regulars - very thankful for them.
6. God reminding me not to give up.
7. That Lisa and Billy get to go down to LA.

10. Getting to talk to Dad.

2. A day to rest and recover from my flu.
3. Seeing our Monday people.
4. Chicago Pizza courtesy of Kerey.
5. Leftover soup that's still good.
6. Watching Josh Hamilton's HR barrage on Sportscenter. He's got a great story and a Jesus follower.
7. My wife taking care of me.
8. People encouraging me to rest.
9. That God is in charge.
10. Good questions during our initial discussion of Genesis.

Thanks
1. I've been feeling ill all weekend - but God got me through.
2. Spoke @ SF church - had something to say [which is better than not].
3. Spending time w/cousins from DC.
4. Conversations with little nephew Christopher about sharks eating people who swim to Alcatraz.
5. Seeing my family.
6. Me and wifey fought - but we seemed to end well. Still practicing good arguing skills.
7. Entertained by how many people were standing in line for iPhones.
8. Prayer from Friends
9. My wife for praying for me in the middle of the night when I got the chills.
10. To have cousins that I enjoy and get along with.
