| Hi guys! I'm still here. Unfortunately, I've gained ALL my weight back. =( but I'm really working on it, tennis season has started so that's more working out, less eating. I can do it. During this time last year, I was able to lose 20 pounds so we'll see. I still read all my subscriptions and you guys inspire me so much. I'll try my best to write more in here. I'm hella busy though, I have tennis and school to take care of first. I'll check in maybe once a week? Idk, hope you girls have a good day though. Stay strong chicas bonitas =) | | |
| hey i know i haven't been on this thing for awhile. i'm doing really bad. i gained all my weight back. lifes been hard. the guy im talking to right now isnt helping either, instead he hella stresses me out even more. im starting to think that all this is not worth it but man, when he makes me happy, i'm really happy but he does alot that upsets me. i odntknow i just need to random. joanne, i really miss you, can you IM me sometimes. thanks girl. i hope everyones doing well. im gonna go back to dieting again. its the only thing i can control around here. good luck to all. | | |
| I HAVE A NEW RULE. ONLY EAT WHEN MY MOM IS AROUND. SHE WANTS ME TO DIET ANYWAYS, SO EVERYTIME I EAT, ITLL BE FRUIT OR SALAD. THAT SHOULD WORK CAUSE THE ONLY TIME I BINGE OR SNACK IS WHEN IM WITHOUT HER, LIKE WHEN SHE LEAVES THE HOUSE, I GO CRAZY. BUT SHE KEEPS ME IN CHECK. SO YES, I HAVE ABOUT 20 DAYS LEFT TO GET DOWN TO 130. THANKS FOR THE SUPPORT. YOU GUYS ARE TRULY THE BEST. | | |
| thanks for all the support honey. i've been eating salads, cereal, and those 40 cals pieces of bread. i've been walking for an hour and running 4 miles a day. i also do 1 hour weights and 15 minutes crunches. i've done all that like 4 out of 6 days i think. i'm still gonna try really hard and not give up cause i feel like my stomach is getting smaller but the scale is still not budging enough. im like 136 right now =( and ive been that for like a month straight!! i dont know whats going on but ill continue to try hard. thanks for everything guys | | |
