good thing +: he call me!! yay!! hehe!!! he called me yesterday at 11:30 pm, then at 12:30 am (today) and then at 1 am.

bad thing - : we got into a fight....again...ugh....

Nways, im sorry I haven’t updated as much as I should, I’ve been kinda busy, and with a
 lot of problems…

oh and guess what??!!!! im not pregnant!!! yay!!!! hahaaha!!! ....

 

Nways, u know how I was in this car accident with my bfriend (or ex, I don’t know waz
up)? Well, the thing is that my car was like a total lost, and I’ve been without a car since,
but I got a new car now!! Yay for me!!! Hehe!! So that’s like totally cool, cuz I fucking
hate taking the bus or asking for a fucking ride, so yeah…that’s a good thing between all
the fucking problems…

Nways, so u know how I was asking u guys for tips on what to do for my bfriend’s
birthday? Well, I made him this cute little dinner, with candles and stuff, hehe! It was
wonderful, and I got him this cool jacket that he wanted a long time ago, and a pic of me
and him together, and stuff, hehe! So yeah, he loved them, so thanks u guys for the tips!!!

But he got kinda mad that day, cuz I didn’t eat anything at dinner, I was just moving my
food around and stuff, hahaha, and he noticed and got all mad and started telling me to
stop playing with my food, and I was like “im not playing with my food, im  poking it,
which is a lot dif!!!” hahaaha, that was bad, I know, but I didn’t knew what to say…

Nways, I don’t think we’re going out anymore, cuz like I mean, we’re like always having
fight and stuff, I mean, I know every couple have their own fights every now and then,
but what we have u guys, are not just “little fights”, what my bf and I have are fucking
big-ass fights dude, EVERY SINGLE FUCKING DAY, what the hell, every ten fucking
 minutes I guess…and the worst part is the we fight for stupid things, u know? Like
stupid little shit, but um…there’s something I haven’t tell u guys, he is bipolar, like I
mean, he can probably be happy one minute, and then the next be all fucking angry and
the next he can be all sad and stuff, WITHOUT A REASON! That’s just the way he is!!!
And I try to understand him, and to not freacked out about it, but like there’s a limit u
know? And im a very patient person, I swear I am, but he just crushed the line too many
 times!!! So we’re like always fighting u know, like yelling at each other, calling each
other names, me hitting him and he hitting himself, and saying how much we hate each
other, and we would like break up, and u know, like stuff like that, …but after every
fight, he would call me, or come over to my house and everything would be back to
normal u know? But this last fight wasn’t like this, this time we fought on the 19th , which
is “our special day” and we fought because he said he wanted to do something, like go
out to dinner or to the movies and stuff like that to celebrate, so he was supposed to come
over to my house and pick me up after when he got off work, but he didn’t, and then he
call me an hour later saying that he wasn’t gonna make it and blab la bla ….so I got
pissed, and we started arguing again and bla blabla…and he said something about how
tired he was of me playing games with him or something like that, so I broke up with him
and told him not to call me anymore and whatnot, and I hung up on him. But like I said,
that’s just normal stuff, and what he was supposed to do was call me back later on, and
everything good. But he didn’t…and he hasn’t call me still…so I don’t know…it’s just
like weird, u know? And I mean, I don’t care if we get back or not, but I just really wanna
know if he’s ok or something, plus, like I mean, I really miss talking to him on the phone.
He would call like every 15 minutes u know? He would call me like from work, from his
uncle’s house, from his friend’s house and stuff, just to say hi, and to see if I was ok and
stuff like that…but I don’t know, I don’t know what to thing, I don’t know if this time is
for reals, or if he’s just taking his time, or something, I don’t know!!! And like I wanna
call him so bad, but my friends told me not to, so I haven’t…but I don’t know what to do,
im just so fucking confused…but yeah…nways…

 

Im sorry im talking a lot about my shit and stuff, it’s just that I needed to talk to someone
and take this shit out. Cuz it’s not just this that’s bothering me, it’s also my school, my
family, and ugh!! Just like everything, u know?
 Right here is the only place where I feel safe.

 Ugh….i don’t know u guys…but whatever…hehe!!!

 

 

Nways, some tips!!! Hahahaa! (after all my drama…)

 

  1. Eat as slowly as you can.  It takes your body around 30 minutes to realise it's food.  Chew it until it disolves in your mouth.
  2. Become a vegan or vegitarian.
  3. Eat in front of a mirror naked.
  4. Count to 100 if you're having a craving.  Hopefully it will go away.
  5. Put your fork down between every bite
  6. Dont eat past 7pm.
  7. Hit your stomach if it's growling too loudly.
  8. Wear nail polish to hide the discolouring in your nails from lack of nutrients.
  9. Take anti heartburn pills if you're really hungry.  They neutralize the acid that builds up and makes you hungry.
  10. Keep a bin near you when you eat.  If you feel you are going to over eat, throw the rest of the food away.
  11. Wear a rubber band around your wrist, snap it against your skin when you're tempted to eat.
  12. Drink diet soda.  It'll fill you up and only has 1 calorie.
  13. Clean something gross, you'll lose your appetite.
  14. Brush your teeth.  The taste of toothpaste will be horrid with the taste of food.
  15. Every calorie counts.  When you're sitting, shake your leg, tap a pencil, never stop moving.
  16. Drink a glass of water every hour, not only will it make your stomach feel full, it will also give you great hydrated skin.  Cold water burns more calories, while warm water makes you feel full.
  17. Throw away the foods you think you'll binge on.
  18. When going out, only take out the amount of money that you'll need.  Nothing extra.  That way you won't be tempted to spend it on food.
  19. Sitting up straight and having good posture burns 10% more calories than when you slouch.
  20. If you feel like eating, eat negative calorie foods only.
  21. Carry a picture of your favourite trigger everywhere you go.
  22. Take a sip of water between every bite.
  23. Stay cold.  Your body burns more calories trying to warm you up.
  24. If you're bingeing, don't swallow the food, spit it out.
  25. Eat your meals on smaller plates.
  26. Clentch your butt all the time.  Guys like a nice ass and you burn calories too.
  27. Take kelp pills, they boost metabolism.
  28. Pro-plus are caffeine tablets which you can buy at most shops, no need for calorie infested coffee.
  29. Use laxatives.
  30. Get comfy in bed, being comfy means you won't want to get up to get food.
  31. Use your mind.  Think about what the food would look like in your stomach after you've eaten it.
  32. Sabotage your food.  Adding too much salt etc works great.
  33. Go shopping and try on clothes that you wish you could fit in to.
  34. Pinch all your fat and see how disgusting it is and then you'll think that if you eat you'll just add more to it.
  35. If people start saying they're worried about your weight loss, get really upset and say how mad you get everytime somebody comments on your skinny body.  Complain a lot about how you wish you could gain weight so people will stop making rude comments.
  36. If you eat, ONLY eat when people are watching.
  37. Obesity is disgusting.  Remember that.
  38. Thinspiration is your best friend.  You think you've lost weight?  Trust me you haven't.  Just check out the models online and you'll realise that.
  39. Live by the scales.  It's right and you're FAT.
  40. Keep in mind - If your skinny friend eats a lot, that DOES NOT mean that you can do the same.
  41. Learn to love that empty feeling in your stomach.  Trust me you'll feel repulsed when it starts getting full again.
  42. What what other people, espescially fat people, eat and feel superior because thy're feeding their bodies and getting fatter.
  43. Drink 2 tbsp of vinegar before the meal, so (aparently) it will help suck the fat out of it.

  44. Spicy foods raise your metabolism and burn slightly more calories than other foods. They'll also help keep you from getting bored with the same old boring low-cal stuff.
  45. Think higher of yourself! You're too good to put THAT in your body!

hey gurlies!!!

what up huns??!!! how have u been doing? i hope ya'll be doing awesome!!!

first of all, i wanna say thank u sooo so so so so freacking much for all of ur cmmts, u have no idea how u guys help me stay strong (well maybe u do...) but honestly thank u very much!!! luv ya!!!

nways, so my boyfriend's bday is next week!!!! so, im like totally fasting 'til his bday, i guess...hehe!!! oh, and by the way, do any of u have an idea of what i should give him for his bday, cuz like i do wanna give him like a gift, but i really dont know what to buy for him, i mean, what do u give to a guy on his bday who happens to be ur boyfriend???!!! pls help me out, cuz im totally clueless about this one!!!

i have a hugeee problem, and dont know what to do....
i think im pregnant...im not sure, i hope im not...like, is very weird cuz, like part of me does want me to be pregnant, but the other part of me knows that this is just not the most perfect time to have a baby...and i dont know what to do....

  1.  Drink a glass of water every hour. It will make you feel full.
     (Water suppresses the appetite naturally and helps the body metabolize stored fat.
    Studies have shown that a decrease in water intake will cause fat deposits to increase,
    while an increase in water intake can actually reduce fat deposits.Here's why: The kidneys can't function properly without enough water. When the kidneys don't work to capacity,
    some of their load is dumped onto the liver. One of the liver's primary functions is to
    metabolize stored fat into usable energy for the body. If the liver has to do some of the
    kidney's work, it can't operate at full throttle. As a result, it metabolizes less fat, more fat
    remains stored in the body, and weight loss stops. Drinking enough water is the best
    treatment for fluid retention. When the body gets less water, it perceives this as a threat to survival and begins to hold on to every drop.)
  2.  If you are really craving food, brush your teeth with a strong mint toothpaste.
    This helps to put you off food because of the taste it leaves behind.

      Hey lovelies!!!

       

      How are my darlings doing?? I hope yall doing great!!!

      Nways, so this is my intake and workout for this week…

       

      Tuesday- Friday

      Breakfast: green tea or coffee

      Lunch: nothing, (Thursday I ate a small cup of cottage cheese)

      Dinner:  coffee

       

      2 hrs of kickboxing and 30 min of spinning

       

      I haven’t got a chance to go to the gym cuz I still don’t have a
      car yet, plus, ive been very busy taking care of all the
      insurance paper work… I know those are not excuses or
      anything, but they do make it harder to go to the gym….

       

      And today I just went walking for an hour in the morning with
      my doggy, he is sooo cute!! Hehe! And had coffee for breakfast,
      lunch and dinner…

       

      Nways, im gonna start fasting tomorrow, I guess im gonna go
      for a week, and see how much I can lose. The only thing that
      sucks about fasting, is that ur freacking metabolism tends to
      slow down, but u can fix that by drinking tea, or coffee, and
      doing lots of cardio.

       

       

      Nways,  I need to lose some weight, cuz my boyfriend’s
      birthday is coming up, ( I think is the 21 or 22 of Feb.) I still
      have some time, but I wanna be the lightest possible. and
      valentine’s is coming up too, so I gotta rush with this pound-
      losing-thing hehe!!!

      So that’s my plan, fast for a week, and workout as much as I
      can.

       

      Well, here are some tips, I hope u enjoy them. I really appreciate

      Oh, another thing, just so u know, like every time u fast  u’r
      not allowed to drink cappuchinnos, soda, chocolate milk, milk,
      juice, or something in the categorie, cuz these beverages have
      way too much cals and carbs, and the main goal of fasting is
      for ur body to reach a ketosis state, ( is when ur body starts
      burning fat, and carbs) and if u keep drinking ur carbs and
      cals, then it’s not even worth the starving.  If u don’t wanna
      fast, but still
      wanna lose weigh fast, u can do it by eliminating ur carb
      intake, at least for two weeks, and ur body will be a fat
      burning machine, trust me, u’ll see the friendly side of the
      scale.

       

       

      *Speed Up Your Metabolism*

       

      1. Increase your meal frequency: Eat more often but don’t
      increase total calories. For example, break three meals into

      five to six smaller meals and eat every three hours. Food can

      actually help burn body fat when used strategically. Breaking
      meals into smaller feedings helps to control blood sugar and
      puts you in a better position to lose fat.

       

      2. Break up your workout: Many people are pressed for time
      and the thought of exercise becomes another stress in their
      lives. However, research has proven that two short bouts of
      exercise per day will actually stimulate the metabolism more
      than one longer bout. Go for two brisk 15 minute walks per
      day, five days per week, and you’ll see progress at the end of
      30 days.

       

      3. Eat breakfast: If you sleep through the night and then

       deprive the body of food in the morning, the body is sensing

       a potential famine and holds onto stored body fat to keep

      you alive. Remember, calories from food represent heat. Use

      the heat to rev your metabolism.

       

      4. Cycle calories: For three days, consume your minimum
      calorie requirement based on your height, weight and goals.

      Then, on day four, increase your calories by an additional 400

      (nutritious foods only). This technique can actually get the
      metabolism racing and stimulate additional fat loss.

       

      5. Drinks lots of water: If you limit your water intake, the
      body will retain water; the body only needs to be dehydrated
      by approximately 2 percent for this to take place. Drink 0.55
      multiplied by your body weight in ounces of water per day.

       

      6. Exercise in the morning: If you can fit it into your

      schedule, exercise in the morning. People who exercise 
      consistently in the morning find that exercise at this time

      regulates their appetite all day long. They don’t get as hungry
      and they start the day with a boost to the metabolism.

       

       

      7. Perform cardio interval training: Cardio interval training is 
      simply short bursts of high-intensity exercise combined with

      more moderate intensity within the same workout. Studies
      have shown that people who perform interval training twice a

      week (in addition to two other days of lower intensity cardio)

      lose twice as much weight as those who do just a moderate
      cardio workout. You can easily incorporate interval training

      into your workout by inserting a 45 second burst into your

      stationary bike workout every four to five minutes.

       

      8. Boost your metabolism by reading instead of watching TV:

      Researchers at Memphis State University monitored 32 girls as

       they watched a half-hour television program. They found the

      metabolic rates dropped as much as 16 percent below resting
      metabolic rate. They burned fewer calories watching TV than

      they did just by reading!

       

      9. Drink green tea: Green tea is a popular tea from Japan that

       has numerous health benefits, including weight loss. It’s not
      100 percent certain how green tea helps one to lose fat, but it

      appears to increase the amount of calories the body burns

      not necessarily because of the small amounts of caffeine it

      contains, but due to a compound abbreviated as EGCG.
      When purchasing green tea make sure the label states that

      the green tea used is standardized for caffeine and EGCG.

       

      10. Practice hydrotherapy: First thing in the morning, drink 32 
      ounces of very cold water on an empty stomach. Don’t eat

      breakfast for at least 30 minutes. The cold water will force
      your body to raise its core temperature, thereby stimulating

      your metabolism and excreting any excess water. You may

      find that you lose two pounds the first month you try this. If

      you want to take it a step further, do the same thing at lunch.

      Tips for taming cravings:

      *Wait 20 minutes when a craving hits. They'll often go away.

      *Don't keep chocolate or other foods you crave at home or in your desk.

      *Keep reminding yourself of how damaging fat is to your health. High-fat food can damage your liver. - "kb"

      *When you do treat yourself, eat slowly and savor every bite.

      hey huns!!!!!

      miss me??!!! cuz i fucking missed u guys like hell!!!!

      so, how are my lovelies doing??!!! omg, i have alot to tell u!
      but first of all, Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all of you!!!
      (i know it's kinda late for that, but whatever...) i hope u'll had a wonderful time with your friends and family and so on...

      and im very sorry i havent write like in sooo long!! is just that so many
      things happened at once that i just didnt have time for anything!!! but im
      back now, with more new tips, new thinspo, and im just so fucking glad
      to see all of u again!!!! i cant believe how much i missed u guys, it’s like
      i need you guys to keep me going, i really need all of your support and
      encouragement....but oh well

      nways, im gonna be reading and answering all of your comments and
      mails ok?! So, be patient cuz there’s a lot of them…

      oh gosh, I was gonna tell u something else…but I totally forgot about it
      already, Im trying to remember but I just cant…ugh! I hate when that
      happens…

      so, what are your resolutions for this new year??? (I mean, like besides
      losing weight and stuff like that…) Im still thinking about them, like I
      wanna keep the list simple u know, cuz I don’t wanna be one of those
      persons that have like a thousand-resolution list, and they don’t get to
      accomplish any of them…so im just gonna keep them simple but very
      well thought!!

      So nways, today my intake was kinda good I guess….

      Omg, I’ve been drinking green tea everyday for the last month, and I just totally love it, I really can see the difference, like I feel my body like way lighter and less intoxicated. I really luv it, u should try it to see if u like it.

      and my workout was just 2 ½ hours of kickboxing. Ive been really sick since last November so I haven’t work out as much as I used to…

      plus, I got in a freacking car accident last week, so my car is all fucked
      up and shit, and it’s harder to hit the gym when u don’t have like a ride
      or something…but oh well…ive done a lot of walking now that I don’t
      got a car though…hehe!!! But hopefully ill have my car all fix like in a
      week or so…

      Tips!!!

      -Pick one food for the day like an apple. Cut it into 8 slices. Eat 2 slices
      at breakfast, 2 at lunch, 2 at dinner, and you'll have 2 left for a snack!
      This way your body thinks it's eating 4 times that day, but in reality
      you've only had 1 apple.

      Eat one meal a day, this will help binge cravings.

      -Drink a glass of warm or hot water every hour it will make you feel full. 
            *hot water makes u feel full, cold water makes your bod to burn cals.

      Eat in the same place every day. Somewhere solitary, not in front of the TV or computer.

      Sleep at least 6 hours a night. Less than 6 hours sleep a night stimulates appetite by 15%.

      If you get a craving for chocolate, take a whiff of strong perfume. Put
      perfume on a hanky and "put it up to your nose when you pass a
      bakery."

      Never eat any anything bigger than your head. You'll only stretch your stomach out.

      -Spicy foods raise your metabolism and burn slightly more calories than foods.

      Move!!! Walk at least 30 mins a day, come on gurl!! Get up!!

      Don't Swallow! take a bite, chew, and spit it out.

      -Track your triggers.

      -A little envy is a good thing. Competition is a great mobilizer.

       When you're feeling weak...

      Pinch your thigh and see how you don't need food, because you should
      be eating your own flesh all away from the inside first, before you are
      deserving of actual legitimate sustenance.

      Become an artist. Write poetry. we are all creative. Collect pictures of
      skinny girls. Stick them all in your notebook.
