The top 4 pictures were taken on Labor Day, and we were at the Georgia Aquarium. The bottom 2 pictures were taken in North Carolina at the Bible Conference. We had a lot of fun at both. We've been really busy here lately, thus the reason why I haven't updated my postings in a while! But all is good in the Robinett house. Well pretty good, Joshie was running a fever this morning of 101.3 and then later on this morning it shot up to 103.1 so needless to say I was paranoyed, but I scheduled a doctor's appt. and he has an upper respitory infection, but he's okay. Were giving him some medicine, and he doesn't have a fever anymore. But keep on praying that he gets over it soon. Thanks a lot. I'll try to write soon!!!!

Candidates Farewell!

Well the farewell for Texas Candidates was on Sunday. And it went really well. We have 18 going from Texas, plus children. It feels so final now, I'm really looking forward to going. I know it will be a great experience at the school, and I'm excited. Not only for myself, but for my husband and son, and all of the other candidates. I'm sure we will make a lot of new friends, and get closer to some of the people that we already know. I'm still getting a little more nervous as the time to leave gets closer and closer. I'm really going to miss my family, all of them in Midland, and Odessa. But I have to go for now, so I'll try to update and finish this later.

Vacation/College

We went on vacation last week, and it was so nice. I got to see my beautiful little niece Lillian for the first time. And she is absolutely gorgeous! Joshie gave her more kisses than anyone else got all week, including me. But I got to hang out with my sister and that was really cool. Cause I miss her a lot and I hardly get to see her because they live so far away from us. But soon enough when we get to the training school they will only live 10 hours away and we are going to get to see them a lot more often! And speaking of the school, we are due at the school on August 9th. We were accepted in February and it's been going really slow.....that is until the beginning of June. And now time is just speeding by. I get more nervous every day. I don't get it, the closer it gets the more scary it gets. I'm really excited though. We still have so much more to do and so many more things that we have to get before we go. But I know that everything will come together. And God always provides and I know He always will. So I'm not worried about, I'm just giving it all to Him. Well that's all for now, and I'll try to update a lot sooner then I waited for this update!

Church went really well today, Chris Blyler led the service and he did a really good job. I did preliminaries, and my moms Sunday school class, but I didn't really do all that much in either. Time went by really fast and I had to skip through some stuff because there was just no time. Is it just me or does anybody else get really annoyed with kids that are old enough to behave but don't? This one kid was told to behave by our CSM but of course a few minutes later he was laying on the pew, so I had to go sit up there beside him and get on to him at least 4 times. Oh well, it's over now.
Joshy is getting 3 teeth at the same time, no wonder he's been so irritable. When all of these come in he will have 12 teeth, I can't believe it. He is growing up WAY TO FAST. And we just got back from lunch, my little boy is the youngest little flirt in the world. He flirts with every waitress, hostess, any girl. It's crazy, he doesn't pay any attention to any guys which is fine or course. But man I don't know what I'm going to do when he's a teenager.
My parents and little sister come home on Tuesday, and I have to go get them from the airport. I'm excited to see them but I wish I could see Jamie and her family. I wish I could have gone, I know that they are having a good time. And I want to see my neice. Okay enough complaining, life is life and it's not always fair. So I'll be going for now, and I'll try to update when I have new news!!!

All is well! Josh did a really great job in church today, he had to improvise at first because when my mom was up at the pulpit doing the announcements she took off with the first page of Josh's sermon. So when he got up there of course he was missing something, and my dad had to go and see if my mom had the page. And of course she did, go figure, the one person who's always joking with Josh and giving him a hard time, she took off with his sermon. But he recovered really well, and got it! I taught his Sunday school class and that went well, but I didn't get to finish. And poor Joshy takes off after me every week when we drop him off in his Nursery class. But he always does really good after a few minutes.
On a different note, we will probably be heading to Dallas on Wednesday to go to Anthony's viewing, and then the service on Thursday. Someone in church brought up a thought that Anthony's favorite color is orange, and that right now he is walking on the streets of gold beside his master. My mom say's that shes always thought of orange being closer to gold than yellow so Anthony's really having a great time. Anyways, again he will be missed, but he is in a much better place. And they're celebrating his arrival in Heaven!
