| wow. four months since i've been on here. so much has changed. i got down to about 100 pounds. my coach noticed because my riding was suffering. she has defenitly helped me to be positive about myself. my snowboarding has taken off and become my outlet. i had surgery on my hip. im recovering from that.

| just got out of the hospital... i fell snowboarding christmas eve day while snowboarding and got knocked unconcious for a while. idk what really happened but i'm told i fell off the box and just hit my head on the way down. so, im home now but i've got a massive headache |

104- By January 20th- New Jeans
101- By February 1st- A new scale
99- By Valentines Day- Mani, Pedi, New Book, anything else I want
104 has always been my ultimate goal weight, but now that I'm so close to it I know it isn't good enough.
I'm already thinking into the new year. What will your new years resolution be?
mine are gonne be
- no candy. this means no kit kats, no resees, no ice cream. nada. heck, i'm not even going to have full calorie hot chocolate
- workout at least 3 times a week
