    Ah, another conspiracy theorist.

To say that everyone should boycott for the reasons you listed is stupid. And even though I do not share your conviction, I can respect why you feel that way. But I am offended for the other people that may practice a faith that you just called out because they don't practice like you do.

My Dad is a Christian. He's a Catholic who attends Mass 6 days a week. Usually every day BUT Sunday, though he does go time and again for Holy Days--usually, he'll go twice on Saturday: one for Sat morning, then one for Sat. night, which is the vigil for Sunday. And he views Saturday as the Sabbath, as many individuals of the Jewish faith do as well. So I'm sure he'd disagree with you. For all you know, the Amazon employees go to church just as often as you. It is wrong for you to judge them as if they don't care.

For you to say that anyone here, who doesn't go church on that particular day of the week to be anti-Christian is idiocy. Just because one doesn't practice their faith on a particular calendar day doesn't make them a bad person, and neither does it make this company evil.

For anyone to get all up in arms over one particular day vs. another says simply that they care more for the rhetoric that has been instilled in them by *religion* than the true meaning of having a personal, spiritual relationship with God.

Don't agree with me? That's your right. But it's also the right of others' not to be descriminated against. Wake up and remember why you're celebrating the holiday season, and quit being so butt-hurt over a $25 DVD player made somewhere with cheap labor.

that was taken from amazon on a discussion where someone got mad about a deal going up on sunday... amazing. a Catholic who sees Saturday as Sabbath...wow. honestly, i feel pretty ignorant for not realizing that this is possible. that person has just changed my views completely O_o
