As always, I've been really busy with work and school.
I go to Marian College now for their LVN Program. I go to school from Thursdays til Saturdays. I decided to give up my Friday night outs for school. There's still the weekend anyways. So from Mondays to Wednesdays, I go to work for about nine to ten hours a day. On school days, I only work three to four, sometimes five, hours. I might give up working on school days when we start Term II - Pharmacology.
Everything's okay, as usual. My dad went back to the Phils for three weeks and coming back home on Tuesday. It's his first time in 9 years. I can't wait to see pictures! The last time we saw my brother was when he was only down to my waist. Now he's up to my dad's ears! Note that my dad is 6 foot tall. Ate Lai is busy with work and boyfriend. I hardly see her. I'm almost always with Ate Sha - 24/7. We work together and share the same bed, what can I do? I can't complain (too much).. she makes sure we have food when going to work! Hehe.
Friends:
I had an intimate dinner at home for my birthday. Closest friends were there. Not all of them, but it was good. It's nice to spend some time with Ges, Marc, Jeff and whoever else was there. We are all definitely going out of town when we have the money. Hawai'i? Las Vegas? It has to happen, alright?
Work:
My boss told me she's laying off people due to low production. She got rid of one of my coworkers who was there months before me. I'm kind of anxious about being kept there. I don't even know if she'd let me stick around. I hope so though. I work around my schedule which is really really good, because it doesn't interfere with my school schedule. I guess I'll just have to show her that I'm worth keeping - meaning less break time for me. I must admit, I do abuse my break time. Haha. Okay enough.
School:
Finally done with RN prerequisites!! I think I passed Microbiology with flying microbes! Haha. I will be attending Marian College for their LVN program. I thought I'd just do the career ladder to RN. Waiting time is at least a year, anyway. Plus, I really really wanna be over with school so I can finally have a professional career. I might just work for a short time after I finish LVN so I can start helping my parents out and save up for the future. Not a bad idea, ain't it?
Boyfriend:
Everything is good. He still gives me butterflies. It's been almost a year since we've met each other. And it's going to be a year since we officially started dating. Time flies soooooooooooo freakin' fast, it gets scary sometimes. He's still patient with me, which I truly and gladly appreciate. Believe me, I can really be one of the toughest girlfriends a man can have. Like I mentioned earlier, everything is good between us but our never-ending religious battle. He is from Iglesia Ni Cristo and I'm a Born-Again Christian. I'll leave it like that.
Me:
I've been stressed out, as always. Stressed out about work and school. I need to start taking vitamins or else stress will take its toll on me. Things have been flying around my mind, I can almost be admitted to the psych ward.
This video was taken yesterday @ Six Flags Magic Mountain with Vance and Elmer. It's worth buying the Annual Pass! That's all Vance and I did yesterday. We drove to Six Flags at 5-ish, ate roasted corn and went on Dive Devil. We didn't bother riding on the coasters. We can go back anytime, anyway! If we're really bored, we might just drive back there again, park on the 20-minute parking and buy funnel cakes and turkey legs! Haha.
Anyway, you guys should try Dive Devil.... What's next? Bungee jump. Next year? Sky dive.
I'm just gonna type in anything new about me. I'm too lazy to categorize.
Microbiology class sucks. I think it's going very slow. I'm currently looking for a private school to pursue LVN for now. I'm sick of going to class. I just wanna get everything over with and have a stable, professional career. Work is okay. My boss is still as lenient as she has been. I text and sometimes take phone calls in front of her. Haha. Well, she does the same thing, so I guess she won't mind. We even tell each other when we're sleepy. She then would tell me to go to the other room and take a quick nap. LOL. Of course, I haven't done so. I just close my eyes in my seat. She brings me food and fruits! I like her. She's really nice. She lets me make up my time on the weekends, even if it's against policy. Teehee. Family is good. We're all excited to go home. Well, I'm excited for them. I don't think I can go this time yet. I have school. I gotta finish it asap. Vance and I are great. Our birthdays are coming up. His is two weeks before mine. It feels like we're gonna be celebrating our birthdays the whole month of May. I still don't know what to get him.
I must admit, I do abuse my break time. Haha. Okay enough.
