HAPPY NEW YEARS!

I had a wonderful one week vacay. Although I didn't get any work done and I will have to stay up and do it all tomorrow, I don't mind! Hmm lets see...  Friday morning between 4 a.m and 8 a.m I sent the last of my supplements FINISHED with college apps FOR GOOD. toot.

We had a MAS meeting Friday afternoon, very productive I must say! We held it at Wendy's since the isb house was locked and plus everyone was starved. We planned the Jan. outing - community service and Family Feud Game Night! WOOT i LOVE family feud. Haha although it might be a little difficult to replicate the actually set of the show, but hey we have very creative girls on our committee so I have no doubts We also pushed the cultural fest to March - bazaar, cooking contest, arts & crafts, fashion show, talent show, and surprise guest speaker from channel 7 news!

Then we headed off to Sarah's house in Sharon and helped her wrap her baked goods for the bake sale. Her cookies were so cute! It was nice to be in Sharon again, i missed it I saw Reem, one of my favorites Afterwards we grabbed junk food and movies (Mr. and Mrs. Smith, Into the Blue, and Dark Water) and headed off to Nora's. Haha we cooked and made virgin margaritas and had ourselves a grub fest.

Saturday, there was supposed to be a BYMC meeting. Hmm i do not know what happened to that... but anyways we spend the day in Boston. We and the other Bostonians that bought the 2006 light-up glasses got gipped! They were bought for $2 and sold for $10! Nora split to go see Family Stone with the quincy crew and Sarah and I went to go see King Kong. WHAT an amazing movie! I LOVE the jungle... but the natives were so scary! We then met up with Mariam Ismaiel, Mariam Attawia, Nilufer, Zeena, Besma, and Amina. Okie enough talking, here are some pictures:

Me and Snuffa heading into Boston

Nukkah & Noosh - the new hilton sisters

Me, Nukkah, & Snuffa! We just bought our super cool 2006 light up glasses! (btw sarah it is 2006, not 9002! haha)

... lol this reminds me of when I was younger and my dad would make me stand in front of random things to take pictures.

Me and Nilu! haha I love how her eyes are closed in every picture

Side view of Mariam I. in some weird light up thingie... haha she was scared to go in

Mariam I and Besma - so cute! (grubbin' on frozen yogurt.. burrr crazy girls!)

My favorite spot! So pretty

Haha I love this picture of Mariam A. and Amina!

The ladies! Haha and the infamous blow horn! toot!

Our ride for the night!

Quincy Market - (haha which I thought was in Quincy, but turned out to be in Boston. it's okay I also mistakened a parking lot for a train station that night. whoops!)

Pretty trees!

Zeena walking in the it-is-going-to-snow-in-5-minutes weather!

Snuffa, Yomz, Nukkah and Me Marmalade! that's wussup.

Nukkah & Me. @ Randolph

G and Me! in dunkies

Okie that's enough for tonight. I'm so exhausted. SO not looking forward to doing homework all day tomorrow! Alrighty toodles!

Wow... summer is officially over.

Wonderful memories from:

  • MYB Summer Splash! - swimming at sharon with frogs... haha oh my.
  • Hanging out with my pops a lot this summer - fun times man!
  • Hanging out with Ali just because he is a cool muffin.
  • SAT classes with Carl (in his 60's)... "if you don't finish those problems, i'm going to punch you in the neck!" ... *awkward silence then burst of laughter* I'm sure going to miss his stories about his collection of coins in mint condition and his fear of spiders.

Masteens back into action! Nora and I as Co-Presidents and with a new determined committee we will be able to create many more enlightening outings for all the ladies! I have plenty of new ideas and cannot wait to start planning! YES SUH!

hello there!

hmm updates...

Friday was Sarah Ismaiel's partaY! - fun times! :D then went to go see skeleton key with sarah, reem & fab (not scary, wait till it comes out on dvd), then went to sharon.

Saturday I drove around a lot. Slept... ate grapes and drank orange juice.

Sunday was Rouba's bridal shower! :D SO FUN! At first it was really hot... and the only thing i was looking for was a fan to sit in front of. But then it got wild and all the ladies were jammin' and boogieing down so it was off the hook! So much dancing, food, haha we did a 3-6-0 show of our own - yiya head to head! ;D Then rouba opened her presants and ola made her a hat with bows - so cute!

Monday I went shopping with faama and mariya to look for her engagement outfit and bridesmaids dresses... lol no luck. SSP seriously needs an update for dresses. Thats cool though, because when we got all depressed since we couldn't find anything, we crashed at the food court and had chicken. yumm yumm. Then went back to faama's and raided bimbo.

Tuesday: Poop day. 12pm - 5pm took the slyvan sat practice exam. 6:30 - 8:30 sat class. 8:45ish...driving home... scary truck next to me... no comment.

All my cousins on the west coast are at Manhoos Fest 2005 (lovely name). (camping in sequoia, ca). Have fun homies!

.... i'm in the middle of reading angela's ashes... interesting so far.

liz is in ny and has already seen ithaca and syracuse... those 2 were actually on my list! darn i need a ny trip soon... SOON! ia
