Here it is, April 26th,
and it's snowing...
not only that, but it's staying on the green grass and trees...
This is very unusual-it's almost May for cripe's sakes!
I won't take a picture, it's too depressing!

I have been busy getting all sorts of tests and x-rays done-not because there's anything crucially wrong, but I do have arthritis. I won't bore you with all of the tests, but I still have to get my glucose and cholesterol done. I'm slightly anemic and have chronic fatigue syndrome-not much energy here. I'm a little worried about the chest x-ray, as I've been a smoker for many years. I am not ready to quit, so don't preach to me--I know the dangers.

Our little kitty has sure grown--I will take a picture, once I've figured out where my daughter has put the camera! I think she borrowed it again, without asking.
The cats still fight and scrap with each other, but hoping kitty (Milee) outgrows it soon.

I haven't been around to your 'places', I have much making up to do. I apologize and hope you'll still be my friends!?!

This is what I want to see!!

Hope you're all having a pleasant weekend! I'm going to go to the Goodwill today and shop around, then tomorrow will go with another friend, to see a movie! Any recommendations?!

:sunny: You need some sunshine there....I really hope that this weird winter you're having means that next year will be a light one ( I will be living in WI then! lol.)

Once the sunshine hits over there I am sure you'll feel alot better. I know when the sun is out here I always feel in a much better mood, it energizes me. Having chronic fatigue is a real *itch cause it affects all areas of ones life. I smoke too and yup I agree with you, when we make the decision to quit it's up to us. :) Ok take good care of you now xoxo Tynee

I smoke too. I never worry about the chest xrays. If I have something I do and if I don't I don't. There isn't a lot they can do about it either way. *hug*

ryc- I think I had food poisoning. YUCK!!!! Worst of all, I think it was from something I cooked. How dumb and a fellow be...Pretty dumb I guess.

No plans for the weekend except some mowing.

It is good to find out what is wrong I guess but it just scares me so don't do that stuff unless something is acting up. Then I try to heal it with prayer and affirmations. If I can't I use doctors as a last resort. I am glad to hear from you and love the poem. Love you, Judi

:( I am sorry about the snow. It's gotten so cold here as well....and I HATE it. Where has Spring gone? But thankfully, we have no snow. I HATE snow. I am ready for Summer, damnit...if THIS is Spring.

Snow agian.... Geeze you'd think you live in New England... I think we are finally out of it now here....

I'm a smoker too, so don't feel bad... I do hope the tests come out OK...

You haven't missed a hell of a lot at my place.... But there may be some pics you'd like... And I did post a survey thing on the post before... I'd love to see your answers...

Happy snow day. (Yucks!!!)

Good luck with your tests. If you get a chance, go to the library and check out the book "You're Only Old Once" by Dr Seuss. (Yes, that Dr. Seuss) With all your tests, you will really enjoy this book.

Love the poem. I think that our sadness is compounded when viewed against the background of joy and beauty around us. The contrast heightens those feelings of angst. But it's real, and it really happens.

Good luck on your doctor's tests. I hate all those things and I have a few coming up myself.

The snow will melt quickly. It never lasts at this time of the year. Here we went from 80 to 46 in one day. They are talking about some kind of frost for Sunday night/Monday. Then it warms up again. That's spring in the Midwest.
