I lost 20 lbs and I'm still hanging there. I have been in break mode for about 3 weeks now... pretty much hogging out on food and not really being dedicated to exercising.. but thankfully, I haven't gained! &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So, tomorrow, I start logging again. That seems to bring about success. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I have 50 more pounds to lose.. and I am ready to do it.
