*sigh* I hate my body. Of course I do. My legs are covered with cellulite dimples, which disgust me everytime I sit. What guy wants to be with a girl who has bumps all in her legs?? Honestly. I don't even know if I'm a size 6 anymore. I was a four like.. a month ago. I've just let go so much. Cross Country is starting up again. I need to run everyday. My new diet: -No Carbonation -Little Caffeine Mondays are green foods -Pickles, celery, okra(not fried) Tuesdays are brown foods Peanut butter, meats, wheat bread Wednesdays are red foods Pizza, Lasagna, Jello Thursdays are white foods White bread, rice cakes, rice Fridays are Yellow foods Macaroni, bananas, squash Weekends are free. Also - I'm going on vacation soon. It's not hard to keep from eating there. I want to lose 10 pounds before school starts. In like.. two weeks. Any tips on how to do this are greatly appreciated. |
