Time: 1:00pm-2:00pm, please come early to check in

Cost: $10.00 per person, please register online as we have limited spaces

Ages: 18 and up

Time: Registration and Check-In is at 10:00am, Workshop runs from 10:30am-3:00pm

Cost: $15.00 per person before June 1, 2006 / $20.00 per person between June 2, 2006 and July 19, 2006 / $25.00 per person between July 20, 2006 and August 19, 2006. Day of registration is subject to capacity.

Ages: 13 - 18

Alrite.. so a little update now.. mainly just to say HAPPY 16th BIRTHDAY TO KRIST EN! =D yesterday.. hehe hope it was a good one! glad i could be there to celebrate with u and ur familY!

and on a different note.. as most of you well know.. this past week has been a tough one for me! I just thank all my friends for being there for me these past couple days! I duno what i would have done without you alL! And even tho i am </3.. i've got you all to keep me SMILING =D

been real busy with school, dance and track and stuff lately! but not much new in my life!

oh yes.. and our GREAT TRACK RELAY TEAM HAD A PHOTO FINISH AGAINST JO TODAY IN THE 4 * 100m! IT WAS AWESOME!! GREAT JOB TO KRISTEN, MONICA AND DARA FOR RUNNING A GREAT RACE! =D oh and i also came 1st.. in my heat.. for the 100m hurdles! man they were higher then the ones we were training on!! lol oh welL!

Leaving for LA tomorrow morning.. so cyah all when i get back!! =D be back on the 23rd @ 11pm!

dang.. sick once again.. i always seem to get sick by mid November.. and who knows when it'll go away this time :( man.. and bball season is just getting started.. ugh.. i HATE being sick

oo this week at church.. friday night SKATING 7:30-9:30pm @ Riley Park.. whoever wants to come lemme know! its gonna be lotsa fun

Wow never knew ice hockey was soo much fun.. 2nd class this mornign for pe... and dang it has been the bomB! haha.. well except for ellen trying to kill me.. but when we're on the same team.. we're pretty alrite :p hehe one more class of hockey YES!

and also "Surja" by MOve the company is on this week.. monday tuesday and wednesday night @ 8pm at the Vancouver East Cultural Center.. tix are $19 for students and $21 for adults!  and for ppl in our hip hop class..
