| | Vacay! I'm melting!I had just recently read from the papers that the temperature her in the Philippines could reach 38deg. F.
What the hel-lo! (Sorry for saying that...)
Anyway, I just got back from a vacay in Baguio, the Philippines' summer capital. It definitely is. It's packed with so much people that it's already polluted. Baguio's beginning to get FUGLY. Luckily, I got to stay in our casa in Camp John Hay, so I don't always see the smog and the hullaballoo of crowds. I still got to have a great three-day-two-night stay in Baguio...
For one, I went horseback-riding... Which definitely scrapes your butt and is actually pretty scary.... But exciting! Second, we ate in this place called Cafe by the Ruins which is like a boho art gallery. I ate camote bread with herb cheese with their special Ruins Coffee and Dark, Bittersweet Tsokolate. Third, I went bowling! Fourth,we bought ube, walis tambo, and lots of other pasalubong wherein a Baguio vacay wouldn't be complete without... Last, you don't have to worry about electricity consumption. You wouldn't dare use the PC there... There are just too many activities. You also wouldn't have to use electric fans and airconditioners...
I miss Baguio...
Sad that I would have to go back to reality though and study in La Salle on May 26th...
