| I miss you. The hurt never really goes away, it just hides underneath for a while. I wish you were here with me and I wish it more than anything else in the world right now. Ironically enough, the more opportunities I have to talk to other guys the more I want him. I guess that's the funny thing about love- we're hundreds of miles apart, can only communicate through letters, and I'd still pick him over any guy standing in front of me. If it weren't for my girls I don't know what I'd do I love my seven! |

| I can't make his graduation... But I'm hoping I can still spend my extended labor day weekend with him. I hope my luck hasn't all run out just yet...
*Edit: GRADUATIONS THE 29TH =) So I will be there, yay! |

| This week was a blast =) JESUS FLIP! lolzzz... So I don't know how this possibly happened, but at Grove City there aren't general education classes for freshmen, you just jump right into classes directed for your major. So I don't have an English class or science or calculus and I don't have to have one ever (unless it's business calc or something related to marketing)... and since I took three years of Spanish in high school and got at least a B average, I don't have to take a language. So with all that free space you'd think I'd have room for fun classes, but nooooo, I'm taking "Media, Religion, and Democracy" as an elective. Buhh. And I'm going to be poor before even going to college, I've realized as I go through all these Bed Bath & Beyond circulars. I need a little bit of everything, and college books are so freaking expensive! I'm slowly becoming a typical, moneyless college kid I suppose. P.S. I just ate an entire sleeve of Fig Newtons, just like Brian Regan does. Except he's cooler than me. I miss you...

| I got a letter in the mail today saying I've received $400 from a scholarship I applied to four months ago. Freaking sweet. And I got a poster made for me for being a freshman softball player sent in the mail today, and letter from one of the seniors that plays first base. I'm really excited to finally be connecting with people. But to somewhat ruin my day, I realized that e-mailing the head of Student Life & Learning about GCC's policy for leaving campus the first week of school in the fall for Evan's graduation probably lost me some points. I don't want to be notorious for being the girl that doesn't give a shit about college. Oops? Meanwhile no one else cares to email me back about anything. Screw Grove City. I'm off to take a shower and go to RR with the family and then LASER TAG with my girls from Bonanza =) |

| So funny story. I'm going to make a copy of a picture, and the photo paper gets jammed so I cancel the print. I go to stick my hand inside to get the paper out and the printer spazzes out and traps my finger inside, so naturally I freak out and try to pull out my finger, taking the whole printer with me. So the corner hits me square in the nose and now my nose might be broken and my finger is bleeding. Printers are death machines. *Edit: No broken nose, folks. Just some major swelling. It's alllll good. What a freaking day. |
