Wow, thanks everyone for the support. It really helps! I just need more tips on how to stay full. What do you guys suggest doing? I think I've lost some weight, people have come up to me and said so which is pretty cool. I wont weigh myself until later though, because I feel like I'm not done finishing my first goal yet.

What I've been mostly eating lately is this:
Breakfast- Lots and lots of water
Lunch- Either two or three strawberries OR a banana
Dinner- A small portion of whatever I have made for me

Workouts:
1. DDR (200 calories minimum)
2. 100 leg stretches
3. 20 crunches to start up with

What do you guys think? How should I edit this to improve my diet to lead to a faster weight loss? Please keep leaving me those nice messages, I need your support girls! Please subscribe to stay up-to-date!

This isn't a typical ana girl because I am not actually thin, but on my way to becoming thin.

I'm around 5'8" and I weigh in around 158. Digusting, I know. I may look thin as people have told me, but I am beyond comfortable. This site was created for the much needed support from people with issues like me.

Here are my goals:

First Goal- 150      (by July 1st)
Second Goal- 140 (by July 10th)
Third Goal- 135    (by July 14th)
Fourth Goal- 130  (by July 20th)
Final Goal- 120     (by August 1st)

Total Weight Loss Goal- 38 LBS!
Total Weight Loss Time- 2 MONTHS, 7 DAYS!

I hope this journal will be interesting to watch my struggle to be thin and hopefully, my success. Please leave some support, because girls I need it to continue and I cannot do it without you! I understand what you all are going through.
