A tribute to one of my favorite people in the entire world.

I got a speeding ticket early this morning. Who would have thought that highway patrol would have been cruising for speeders at 3:30 in the morning? Anyway, I was doing 87 in a 65 zone... that's right... almost 90 mph in my 4 cylinder 93 camry. Luckily, the officer took pity on me and wrote it up as only a 10+ mph infraction- the difference between a $100 ticket and a $350 ticket. I've never been caught speeding before because I'm usually pretty sly about it. There was literally no one on the freeway except for two cars in front of me... I squinted and didn't think either was a cop... I WAS WRONG. I blew by that patrol car like it was standing still, just me and my four cylinders of fury. Well, I probably won't be doing 90 down the freeway for a while... until the shock (and financial burden) of this little incident wears off.

This one kind of developed over an evening... pretty sketchy, but it has inspired a few paintings, and I have colors in mind so that when I get some cash I can work it out on canvas.
