Be confident in yourself. Interview is just a process which is mostly affected by external factors, e.g. a good match and impression with the interviewers. What you can do is to prepare yourself better with a good presentation and politeness. You may try to learn from Cheung Wai Chee, the former ATV news reporter, who has a very good attitude with excellent presentation skill. Above all, she is charming with self-confidence.
