..This new xanga setup is confusing me 0_o

So..things have been going too smoothly lately...and among all the excitement, I think I have lost myself in there somewhere..

I became a little too...arrogant? too...calculating?

And it doesn't feel like me.

well...good that I finally realize this :)

and i am thankful to the one above who lets me see it in time.

Rather than writing on xanga whenever I am happy, I open xanga only when I am upset

(as if you all haven't realized that already...)

so..er...yes. I am going to try a little change

I am only going to write about happy events on xanga for a while..and see how that goes :)

Summer 2008

My only chance to do something fun and memorable before medical school.

The only time when I would be free from all academic and application pressure...

I just decided not to go back to hong kong this summer...sigh...I was planning to spend the bulk of my summer in hong kong.

but things don't seem to work out in Baltimore...I need to concentrate on MCAT...my research professors are asking me to stay for research...and I need to plan the EP trip with the volunteers here....

Sigh....

i was hoping to come back...

Well...half a year to go..and then my applicaton should all be over.

baltimore is dark and cold and the weather's always changing.

The wind is always out to get me and blow me off course.

people are grim and desperate and out cutting throat for grades.

there is nothing exciting in the city within safe walking distance

I can't even go out of campus without keeping an eye on the people around me

I am sick of this place.

That's why i need to get out of this place after I graduate.

that's my new motivation.

i want to go to harvard or stanford

some place sunny, or at least with good food.

So yes, motivation found.

I am going to study.
