**Later that night**

About 12 hours after I posted my last entry, a funny thing happened.
My husband and I were watching TV on the couch after dinner.
I got up to use the bathroom and when I returned, I said to my husband:

Me: Hun... I don't want to scare you, but... I think my water broke.
Charles: ......What?...

**
The following day , my husband sent out this email:

Hi,

Last night- 3/26 at 8:16 PM, we discovered that the rib-kicking bumpy thing in Sunny's belly turned out to be a beautiful, healthy baby girl.  Colette Hyuna Chung decided to begin rocking our world two days ahead of schedule, and made her grand entrance at Evanston Hospital as a 6 lbs. 12 oz., 19.5 in. long baby.  Her personal best for "number of fingers in mouth" is already a jaw-dropping 4 fingers.
Mommy Chung is doing great and the smiles she flashed between Corndog 1 and 2 (her specially ordered treats post-delivery) were priceless.

Thanks for all the encouraging words, prayers, text messages with doused with exclamation marks, and promises to babysit (you know who you are).

For those of you who like getting lost in big hospitals, and live within a 20 mile radius, you're welcome to visit today between 11:00AM - 8:30PM today.

-Chungers (all three of us)

Yay! It's a girl!~

** Only 3 days left??? **

The special day (3/28) is quickly approaching. We don't know exactly when, but we know it'll happen any day now. It may even be a week or two late. (gosh I hope not!)

My pregnancy has been a real blessing. I waddle when I walk and I'm not too thrilled about my double chin when I smile, but it's been a great journey so far.

Pros about being prego: (besides the obvious)
1) People are generally nicer to you when you flash your prego bump. (although I keep forgetting to unzip my coat and show off my belly when I'm out grocery shopping. hahah)
2) I get to park at the "expecting moms" reserved spots at Babies R Us.
3) Friends and family call constantly to check up on me. (I feel so special!~)
4) I get overwhelmed by the thought of seeing our baby for the first time. (woah... I'm going to be a mommy!)
5) I love slow dancing with our baby sandwiched between me and my husband. ("family slow dance")

Cons? (I'll try not to be too negative)
1) Wow. I look so... different...
2) I have a hard time putting on my socks. (can't reach my toes...  haha)
3) Prego brain. (sooooo forgetful)
4) Never ending trips to the bathroom. (especially in the middle of the night)
5) I'm... nervous, anxious, scared, and excited- all at the same time thinking about going into labor.

It's been fun not knowing the gender of the baby, but now I'm seriously dying to find out. Can't wait!

To this day, I've had 2 dreams that I gave birth to a girl, a dream that I gave birth to a toddler boy and a dream that I gave birth to a very cute gray puppy with a pink nose.
I've been having endless dreams about my water braking at most random places and it's been hard to sleep through the night.

Hurry up and come out, Mini Chung!! We're waiting for you!

**Week 28**

Our lil peanut has grown. He/She weighs more than 2 lbs now.
This mini-Chung apparently likes to do somersaults or karate kicks after meals.

We have less than 3 months left till we meet this little one. Woo hoo!~

**Wacky Dream Pt.1**

A few weeks ago, I had a dream that all the prego women from Harvest walked into the hospital together and gave birth all at the same time. (while our beds were all next to each other)
The weirder thing was that the nurse handed a baby to me and said, "It's a GIRL!"

I remember thinking, "really? I thought I was going to have a boy... but that's cool too. Thanks"
And when I looked at the baby, I noticed that she had really huge sparkly anime eyes with long curled eyelashes.

Then I looked down and noticed that the baby girl had painted toe nails.
I woke up as I was saying, "What the heck? When did you have time to get a pedi?"

**Wacky Dream Pt.2**

My husband told me about a strange dream he had last night.
He said that he had a dream that we just had a daughter and I gave her some weird name without even telling him. He was so upset (in his dream) that he had to find out what our baby's name was by reading the name tag at the hospital.
And the funny thing is...
....
SESAME was her middle name.

HAhahahha
Sesame Chung?
Um... No thank you!

**how things have changed**

Since I left my unpleasant job back in August, things have become significantly different.
I no longer dread going into work each morning, I don't have to hide in my cube all day so that I can somehow escape my boss screaming at us and...
I've been laughing a lot more. It's been such a blessing to be working here.

It's been about a month and a half since I started working at my new job,
and I've learned a few things so far.

1. Before I unlock my office door to go inside, I must first look inside to make sure PD isn't hiding behind my desk, next to the garbage can, or hiding behind my chair.

2. DO NOT tell PD which scary movie left a scar in my childhood.

3. Do not be scared when I see that same movie playing on my computer the following morning.
(along with scary pictures tiled on my desktop)

4. When washing the dishes in the office, don't drop the dish when I hear someone yell, "BOO!"

5. Restrain from doing a funny bunny hop/ "run-in-place" thing when I get startled. (It's quite embarrassing... I really need to stop doing that.)

6. Decorating someone's desktop with pictures of poo is a great way to get back at someone. (read)

7. Remember to pack extra food for lunch, because no one else packs lunch. (it's been my mission to feed my coworkers).

8. Always be prepared and alert for the ultimate revenge.
(Sus and I are actually kinda worried)
eek!!!

9. Chocolate is everyone's friend. (the chocolate jar is always being refilled by Susie- our angel)

10. PD has Chamillionaire in his iTunes library.

On a side note:
Please check our new Halloween version of "Meet our Staff" web page.
Enjoy the weird creepy pictures of our staff!
