It's funny how being a scathing, sarcastic bitch will have the masses drooling over the slightest keystroke that graces my blog entries. You like Syntaxian, but don't really give two shits about Jen. Everyone is happy, as long as the bullshit keeps flowing.
Heaven forbid Syntaxian is a fucking human being, complete with emotional outbursts / breakdowns. All but a scarce few have stuck around after I stopped spewing hate for the world and started showing a little more of the variety that consitutes my daily existence. Even fewer have actually expressed that they've actual concern for my well being as a person, instead of the perpetuation of a persona.
Fuck, you even got all over DMV's ass because he'd suddenly hinted that he wasn't entirely a bitterly ascerbic bastard incapable of anything but malice and malcontent. No, the man shows he's got a little bit of heart and everyone's screaming, "Fraud!"
And yes, the persona exists for the entertainment of the masses, I'll concede that point. Sorry to shatter your glossy magazine cover world. The persona is upheld by a mere human being, complete with faults and feelings. So fucking sue me.
