Dinner tonight is seared salmon fillet with lemon and olive oil. And on the veggie side is garlic mushroom and spinach. I'm glad it turned out pretty good. The salmon was seared nice and crispy. Meal is filled with omega-3, vitamin E, iron and vitamin A.
