I haven't updated my log for almost a year and almost forget how to.  It has been quite a year.  Many things have happened, and I don't think I want to list them out and be reminiscent.  Maybe someday I will be able to make arts about them or casually share them with my friends as jokes or anecdotes.  For now, I just want to keep my head up and move on.

Here are some quotes that I encountered lately and felt related to:

"A really bad figurative painting is lik a finger in your eyes." - Chuck Close...Doesn't that apply to any really bad paintings?  (so I'm poking my own eyes? haha!)

"Behandelt die Fauen mit Nachsicht" - Goethe (Be lenient when handling womankind.)

"Sie Lachelte einmal.  Es tat fast weh." - Rilke.  (She smiled once.  It was almost painful.)

and hopefully, in the near future, I'll be able to say, "Nihil facimus sed id bene facimus."  (We do nothitng but we do it well.)
